Love those freerolls. I made it to step 3 last week b4 catching bad beat. Just won a step 2 ticket again last night. You get a good chance to get to a higher level tourney for $0, especially since each step gives a lot of tickets, you don't have to be top 5 to advance.

The only Venom tickets you can sell are tickets specifically for the $2650 Venom tournament, and you can only sell one of these tickets if you have already previously won one. No venom step tickets can be sold for money, however you can receive a cash payout in steps 2-6 if you are the bubble boy. This $ varies for each step and tournament, based on number of entries and the value of the next ticket. You can see the payouts and positions by clicking on "Tournament Lobby" of said tournament after late registration has ended.

About to play in another first step tourney...

Cashing in Step 1 is possibly the easiest thing to do, like ever. I have got the ticket slightly less than 50%E of the time, currently 19/40 attempts, Good luck and just play patient early, try to maintian an average spot and remember you do not get extra for winning the strp lol!

What are the best days and times for when these steps are running. Every time I sign on, it seems like one step 3 is running from the hours of 4PM to 10PM EST.

When are players on and playing the steps? I HATE TO SAY THIS BUT....ACR should go back to auto-reg for the next step up until you get to step 5 or 6. OR they should require less players to get it started.

Step 1 fr plays every 4 hours 8,12,4,8,12 eastern . All the seats expire after the venom game , if you have more than 1 venom seat and you don't use it to re-enter you can use it in the next venom.

the following is from the Venom Tickets Terms And Conditions

• If you have one entry and wish to purchase additional entries, you may do so. If the extra entry (or entries) are not used by the end of late registration of the July 21st Venom tournament, you must wait until the next Venom tournament.
• Only $2,650 Venom tickets are transferable. Tickets of any other kind for any other tournament are non-transferable and will expire within a year of their date of issue.

It appears to me that these tickets remain good after the Venom tournament. Maybe the only question is will they have another Venom tournament ?


How did you determine all these tickets will be gone after the tourney?

Does the 100% payout mean 100% of the prize pool in Step 2 and up? In the current Step 2 tourney I'm in 1-38 get Step 3 tickets and 39th gets "100%"

I'd rather get 39th if so.

Currently 11th in chip stack.

just wondering if anyone has had their ticket seized by ACR?

I have a friend who signed up for ACR with no intention of actually depositing funds.
They played freerolls and play money.
They also won a main-event ticket to the $5m Venom main which you are automatically registered into the field / prize pool.
After a month, they attempted to log in and said they receive a 'banned' message at the log-in window.
According to my friend, because this wasn't an account where they were going to providing banking info for a deposit - they used initials or a nickname and cannot recall if they provided the same address that is on the current drivers license.

Correct me if I am wrong but ACR does not have a URL where you can access your account, right? It is just via the client App?

ACR won't provide friend with their profile information to confirm - just demanding a picture of them holding a driver's license and a utility bill LOL

I haven't read the ACR terms of service but I totally understand not wanting to give a company operating in a gray area of the law, your personal info if you are not planning on depositing personal monies.

Do you think ACR would ever ban a play-money account if they didn't win a seat like that? If friend isn't able to retrieve ticket, do you think ACR leaves the funds in the prizepool? Or do you think they steal the funds out of the prizepool?

Kind of a weird situation. Thoughts on each speculation?

It is nice that they run every 2 hours now but will be harder to cash and less total tickets will be given out on a daily basis. Not sure I'm a fan.

Time to venom main is approaching, and Sats are quick running. Guess it's the final push till Main start.
Also seen that various other venom type Satellites cropped up, guess their trying to drumm up the prize pool.

I think it will make it much harder to clear step 1 although maybe easier for highly skilled players as step 1 is now every 2 hours. I really liked the 113 places though, made it quite easy to get a step 2 ticket.

No it does not. I am not sure why they express it that way. This is when in the late reg only and the last place paid has not reached a full seat, because the value is constantly changing, until it makes a seat it says a 100%. However once the late reg is over and the seat value is known it changes to the exact value for the final paid seat if that makes sense.

The point here, my nobleman, is not the account but the good stolen. I work to conquer my possessions and come a bad character and steals. I am outraged that it will take a while until I buy another notebook.​
