ACR $10 Freerolls Riddled With Bots
There is a massive presence of bots on ACR freerolls. At first I just thought there were a few, and I alerted ACR to the screen names. They did nothing to remove the obvious bots.
Tonight I watched one of the freerolls all the way through, and 7 of out 10 on the final table were bots, including all 3 of the final players. It was very interesting, yet very, very boring watching them. They did absolutely nothing human-like. They never pre-selected their actions, they always took lots of clock on every single move. They never called. They never bluffed. They never list their country. On sharkscope, they have an unbelievable amount of tournaments in a short time. Several of them had exactly 41 tournaments as their max for the day. Many of them play in the exact same tournaments, including exactly the same last 10, which even included one $.10 buy-in game. Their stats are almost all the same, too. It's pretty incredible. A couple of them joined on the same day last year and have exactly the same number of tournaments played. A lot of them are bunched around similar join dates.
I'm not sure if they are sharing cards, but I'd be surprised if they don't. It's very obviously completely mathematical. Kind of scary to think what will become of these things. Will they or have they already infiltrated higher games?
