AA and lose

Well I feel for ya but this is not unique, I recently had the same thing happen in a GG Flip>Go, lost to 46 offsuit, caught the str8, however, I recall once in a live tourney at Tulalip Casino in Washington I caught KK and was all in against AA for the tourney championship and yes I flopped K. it happens live or online. just chin up and carry on. lol:):):)

The other night I saw a guy loose over $300 at a $2/5 table with AA vs 66. The guy with 66 shoved pre-flop and of course the guy with AA called. The turn brought a 6 and the guy with AA was bummed out. But what are you going to do in his situation? FOLD?!? I don't think so. That is the hands that you wish and hope for. That time he lost but that is a hand he will win what 85-90% of the time.
Then about an hour later I lost with AA vs KQ over $200 but that's just poker. If you can not handle those types of hands and control your emotions, then poker is not for you, because it will happen, then happen again and many more times.

oh its don't be mad at variance its funny how cruel she is, dont let her upset you and then you don't have to cool off. Or you can use Bruce Banners secret.....He is always mad!!
9k=

It isn't a secret, I use it all the time when AA burns vs Ax, how it happened with you above....
Swear one and try to forget it fast...

I don't really understand people here with the AA vs smaller pair, that has 'just' 80 few % preflop win chance, so it is more likely in the 'okay' category, but damn the AA vs Ax hurts a bit, yesterday I had both, I lost an AA vs AK, and I won with AK vs AA.... but still I wish to win with AA and lose with AK. I don't remember exactly how much % the AA vs AK, but losing allins (probably relegate after long hours in tourney case) with 90%+ hands make me really upset, doesn't matter it is preflop or later phase....

Actually, I do not change my mind if I lose with pocket AA. It happend too many times to me. But anyway I try to not go all the time all-in if possible. Prefer turn/river dominance.
I tried this, but I noticed that if I don't go all in with AA on the preflop and play them, I lose them more often than if I went all in with them.

people think they lose more often with AA than others. It could be sometimes a truth if you play AA badly. Mostly postflop, but sometimes people play AA badly also preflop like doing things like trapping by limping or just min 3bets which gives people great odds and implied odds to crush your aces.
If you play AA correctly there is no way you lose more with aces than others. Problem is you remember that kind of spots which you lose, but you don't remember the spots which you win, because for your brain it's pretty standard.
So it's mostly mindset problem, not some variance thing. Of course variance could happen, but if you would play like 100 000 hands and you would check in your database how much profit Aces made for you, you would be surprised that aces still make you a huge profit after those bad beats, suckouts.

I often lose with this card, but I am not discouraged, since this is a game and everything is possible in it, if there is luck, then you can win with any card or vice versa.

When I lose with AA, I start smoking a lot.
Everyone likes to be dealt aces. This is the easiest hand to win with. But the "rockets"are not invulnerable, they lose to random hands in every fifth hand. So you need to learn how to reset them when you understand what the bits are. Overestimating the strength of AA on " bad " flops and giving up the entire stack when it could have been avoided is one of the most common mistakes of beginners. And you should try to avoid it.

It happens all the time, I once enter a pot with A/A and the flop came A/10/6, I checked hoping he would bet and sure enough he pushed all-in, I called and he showed K/Q hitting his Jack on the River, but what would you do faced with that decision after seeing the flop?
Sure it's annoying but you have to accept it and move on to the next game, and that is why you should never buy-in for more than you can afford to lose.
Keep your bankroll safe and eventually the hands come your way, if not today, maybe tomorrow.

When the fun Stops, STOP!

PS x Bet x GGpoker...

How many games do you have on each of these sites?
If you play more for PS this would be a more respected number for you to win or lose. Think about it!
Good night everyone, mathematically you will win 80% against other pairs and all other hands.
I've been playing poker since 2018 and I noticed a big difference compared to AA, at pokerstars and other sites.
At pokerstars it is the site that I lose the most with AA, and on the bet365 and GGpoker sites it is where I most earn with AA.
In my opinion, pokerstars programming is done to allow recreational players to win more often with weaker hands to encourage them to continue playing, because if a recreational player always loses, he would not play anymore, which is why you have so many players going all-in with very weak hands, in my opinion.

What do you do to change mind if you lost at all-in with AA?

I drink beer to forget it.

It is true that this kind of blow is disconcerting, but it is true that losing with this hand results in good slaps. Now I do direct all-in preflop in NL and easily fold to limit with a dangerous flop

Losing an all-in with AA is to drop the game and fall into your wife's lap.

AA is not 100 percent winnig hand. For a beginner this fact is hard to believe. But in most situation you are preflop 70 to 30 or 80 to 20 percent in advantage against one person. Against three or more you mostly have under 50 percent winning chance. So its better to isolate this hand and play not more than one oponent. Postflop its more difficult, if you dont raise or only minimum raise you have sometimes more than one oponent. So you can run against small pair which hits the set or against two pair. For newbie its difficult to lay the aa down, against a reraise after flop. But it is not unusal that you loose this hand against a stronger hand. Dont overplay the aces, especially in a tourney it could be your end faster as you epect.

It is not something significant, it is just a hand, poker is not only AA! Going to the next hands!

Yes, I not only lived it, but I saw it in several games and it is the worst of the plays because it usually happens with a straight flush or double pair but even so, having an advantage, everything is lost.

Take a note on the player how they played that hand.
Chalk it up to variance.

It is difficult to lose with a pair of aces but that is how poker is, you could not win them all with these cards the opponent also has probabilities with his

Unfortunately at this point there's not too much that you can do. If you loose with a starting hand like AA it was just the way the cards fell.

It is the worst thing that can happen to you, in tournaments most of the times when they accept you an all-in it is a person with many chips which those chips you bet is nothing for him or 10% of his chips so he accepts you without worry, most of the cases it comes out double pair or flush it is difficult to play with pairs, you just pray that you get another equal card to be three of a kind, the other players who accept you and have no pair have a good percentage before showing the first ones Three letters.

Losing all-in with AA is quite natural. I get up, I will take something and then I will be back. But if you are playing with a table full of maniacs know that it is not wise to go all-in if you are not in position. Even in position this is risky.

It sucks to lose with Aces, and it's okay to be upset about it. For me, I just try my best to shrug it off and go on to the next hand (if there's a next hand). If I busted a tournament/cash game, I pretty much call it a night.

I also take comfort in knowing that I put my chips in good and had an opportunity to have a big stack.

flops always change the game. if you don't always go all in just because you have aces you will find you don't get knocked out every time and you can usually win back what you lost after you realized your aces were beat.
