hello P.S rep...I don't really have a question per-say but a request...ummm I was wondering if I can get a good run (Not just a good run), like a never ending heater...More or less I'm asking if I can get a Sunday Million win+Sunday Warm up win+ next years scoop (not all of them), like 5 scoop events+4 more Sunday Major wins...As I stated not a question but a request....I'm joking (well not really)....Just wanted to come in here and say ty for all stars has done for it's players, and for always taking every step possible to stop collusion+any sort of thievery

They've already had the switch clicked for ya all along... just wait til' they turn it off (or hit the other one).

I relayed the problem over to the product team, but I wasn't aware of any changes implemented (it has been the long Thanksgiving weekend up here in Canada so that might explain it). I can't take the credit for it, but I'm glad to hear you like whatever was done!

I suspected it might be as I hadn't heard that it was addressed yet as there are other changes higher up on the priority scale. I'll be sure to keep pushing for it.

Hi roberto, I'm not entirely sure which freeroll you're referring to - in the lobby if you go to "Tourney" --> "freerolls" all the information should be there.

Hi Isaac, yes it's possible. If you are ever making deposits or cash outs, it's advisable as you want your address to match your banking details. Here are the steps:

To change the country registered in your PokerStars account, we kindly ask you to upload via the PokerStars Client a copy of your government issued ID and a valid proof of address showing your name and address in the new country of residence.

To upload your documents please follow the instructions below:

• Log into your account via the PokerStars Client.
• Navigate to ‘Help’ > ‘Contact Support / Upload Documents’.
• In the pop-up screen that will appear select ‘Security’ and the ‘Documents’ sub-category
• Browse to files on your computer and upload them directly to us.
• Please ensure you specify ‘Change of Country’ in the Subject line, and that you include the reasons for your request in the body of the message.

Hey Dylan, I bought the gym bag from the store like 4 months ago and all the zips have bust, the interior is torn and everything and I've spoke to 3 different people and all say I can't do anything about it because it's after the 3 month warranty. Rules are rules but it's not fair for the bag I spent 2600FPP's for to break so quickly and not to be replaced or some points given back.
I only use it for a pair of shorts, a t shirt and a lunchbox :/

Hi Brank,

The timeline for a Fast-moving Ring Games product hasn't changed, so you can expect it to be released in Beta-test form in the next few months. Unfortunately I don't have more info to share on it at this time.

As for the Canadian email address, while I moonlight as a poster in the CC community, my official position within PokerStars is their Canadian VIP Coordinator. I'm based out of Montreal to be precise.

I just wanted to have Ben email in to my personal inbox so I could look into his VIP Store issue, whether he's Canadian or not.

For those following the lunchbox saga, I swung and missed on getting Ben a new one .

I'm worried about the nightmares I will have about that cute little pony lunchbox so vulnerable and unprotected, but I have faith that it will survive until you can purchase a replacement.

Can you explain to me why there are not regular (hourly?) 50 + 5 cent rebuy satellites to the $11.00 Sunday Storm?
It would be a great promotional exercise to allow small fry the chance to register regularly via satellites (imagine the chance to win a 200k event for 50 cents) but the current satallites are so expensive @ $3.30 small fry are basically excluded.
I reckon anywhere up to 20 seats would be awarded / satellite and as such it would be a win win situation for Pokerstars and players.

I enjoy a game of cut-throat poker but having played in 2 rebuys on stars yesterday I realise that the 90 minute rebuy period on Pokerstars makes the whole process a complete donkfest and therefore a waste of time and money.

No more rebuys on stars for me. No fun at all.

I much preferred the blind level timing and rebuy time limit on Full Tilt (45 minutes to 1 hour?) which required far more strategy and at least gave a player a chance to win from last place without going all in every hand after the rebuy period had finished.
