Probably because no one wants to spend 4 hours satelliting into a tourney that could take 8 hours+

Yeh i suppose you could. I only play sats on the day of the bigger tourney such as the wcoop or million so I just wanna play a 1hr sat as the structures of the bigger tourneys mean you cn be playing on for hours

yep (think its also bad for the big tourneys too because it gets more hyper donkeys in)
I doubt they'll be playing it the same way, lol.
More donkeys in a higher buyin Tournament is a 'bad thing'?

I've never spent much time checking out the sattys on Stars mostly because I don't like the structures & am not particularly interested. I much preferred the satellites on FTP :(

Hey pokerstars rep. Have you guys ever thought about having a VPP counter that keeps a running total of points for they day? There was this other site that no longer exists that used to have this feature and I thought it was quite useful. Would love to see this happen.

Why has there been a sudden explosion of Russian/eastern European players on Stars since black friday? Literally every cash table has/ 50-75% russian players
Don't tap the glass.

My only request is a big one. EVERY SINGLE AMERICAN STUCK WITH .NET WANT'S THIS---> Please put the "Last Hand" option back in the .net client.

I'm not sure if you've tested out the features in Options => "Customize VIP Club Progress Bar", but you can customize the bar (top left of lobby below our logo) to set a daily goal and you can keep track of how close you're achieving that goal on a daily basis.

Let me know if this is close to what you're looking for.

Don't tap the glass.

Was this option ever available on the .NET client? As far as I know no features were removed from the .net client, but I'm going to mention this to the software development team.

Thanks for the input as always.

Dylan

Wow, thanx for the fast response.

Not sure if it was available. I used .com because of the ability to add an avatar.

Which brings up another request. :p Can you see if they'll add the avatar option to the .net client?

MAJOR COMPLAINT HERE

I love PS. Everything happens properly. And now that I found a link for the .com client, I'm cruisin with PS. EXCEPT............

Why do you allow folks to go south with money. Hate to compare, but FT wouldn't allow you back into a table unless you sat down with what you left with. Unless one was absent for 30 minutes minimum..

Not PS. Some idiot (usually from Brazil) donks up a wad and disappears. 3 seconds later he's back with the minimum buy in. Effectively going south with 10-20K.

This is not allowed at every club I've ever played at. And that's quite a few. It's a major no no. If you think not, then ask Sammy why he fought so hard against an accusation of going south.

You'se guys gotta put a stop to this.

That's weird. If I leave a table and return in less than 30 minutes the minimum I can have is my current roll for that table (unless I'm below the BI).

Just happened to me today. Watched this guy bully his way to a big BR and just as I was about to pounce, he split. Good thing, I thought. Then he's back not even a hand later, with the min.

Not lying... Honest.

Not saying you are lying mate. :) I thought that I saw a couple of times people getting back to 100BB after they win a big pot but since the software doesn't allow me to do it if I re-enter a table, I always thought that I had to be wrong and never saw anyone else complaining about it.

What is a fact is that this what happens to me. Maybe is something worth reporting since it can be a software glitch of some kind that is being exploited.

Yep... I'm American. What else am I gonna play?

And.... what's the difference?

-

Difference is.... money.

Not sayin its not a major piss off, but when you neither gain or lose $s (or €s or whatever,... money) then it remains a "game". I know it suks being in the BF vacuum, but play money games and real money games are as different at wall street and monopoly.

But still, maybe the rep can comment.

not shortsighted. i pay a lot of money to play on this site and there are plenty of improvements which could be made to make my life easier. i'm not sure making sure brazilians can't rathole play money tables is 'short sighted'...

As you guys know, the .NET client has less features than its .COM alternative. In real money games, "going south" is not allowed.

I will mention the desire for a similar feature for consideration on the .NET side of things, but I can't make any promises.

As Pascal mentioned, there are many other improvements that are already in development that are ahead of the line so to speak.
