Dear ACR rep

I dont think it was a good decision to give people the option to permanently close their account in the software with the new Update.

Peolpe are sometimes on tilt and maybe they will do things they later regret. Like this its very tempting for someone who is indeed on tilt to just close the Account.

I agree. I think options for a week , a month, 3 month, 6 months, 1 year would be better.

MY FUNDS ARE MISSING!!! ACR HELP

Can someone please help. I played a few hands of blackjack and then re entered the game a few minutes later and my entire balance of 521$ turned to zero!!! I got no help from support and I mainly deposited to play the tournaments, but now I'm robbed of my entire balance for trying out a few hands in the casino. Please help. My user name is davebeynon

I tried everything. And no support at all !!

Can someone please help. I played a few hands of blackjack and then re entered the game a few minutes later and my entire balance of 521$ turned to zero!!! I got no help from support and I mainly deposited to play the tournaments, but now I'm robbed of my entire balance for trying out a few hands in the casino. Please help. My user name is davebeynon

Ok I'll try there. This is crazy.
Not uncommon, I've had 3 or 4 players have it happen and they've resolved it everytime. It's a glitch when you close the gambols window evidently.

I hope so man. I'm just so pissed I deposited to play today and since early this morning recieved no email back from support. My Twitter account is not active so I can't use that to contact them. Do you know of the best way via email? Is it still the acrsupport email

Hey Jim. I created a new Twitter account and tweeted at ACRpoker. This was about an hour ago so hopefully someone will respond back. Is there a way to direct message them on Twitter. I haven't used it in a year atleast.

Is there an actual ACR support agent on here that can help. This should not be happening and should not take days for a response.

I believe this is a feature not a bug

If you don't receive a reply back check the junk/spam folder I found a couple emails from them in there in the past.

I know they keep funds from poker and sportsbook separate (have to transfer) so if you haven't make sure the funds aren't in the casino section if they happen to keep those separate as well? (I don't use the casino, so IDK)

You have to transfer the money back and forth from poker to casino. Go to your casino wallet and transfer the money back to poker and you should be good. At least, that’s what this sounds like to me.

What are the PLO/NLH DEV WELCOME COMMITTEE games in the Private Tournament section? They have an 11-cent buyin that require a password, but there isn't any information about the people that are running them.

worst poker site on the web, stay far away

This 2 post vet - lol - is clearly clueless when it comes to unregulated sites that offer the same - if not better experience - to nearly the ENTIRE US population that is not allowed to play on regulated sites.

ACR is by FAR the best offering for ALL US players that are not able to play on regulated sites, hands down, no exceptions, not even debatable.

I have this problem when I play with wi fi on my laptop , one or two games lose connection and start reload of the table again and again with no result (I might close tables and reopenn them or close and restart client :( ) but the other tables sre fine , that's very strange

I haven't noticed this when I play on pc with cable internet , but with wi fi I have noticed it in my laptop ......

I won a small amount playing some freerolls. I want to know if if I decide to transfer to my bank account, do I need to send a document to ACR beforehand or can I make the direct transfer?
