I won a small amount playing some freerolls. I want to know if if I decide to transfer to my bank account, do I need to send a document to ACR beforehand or can I make the direct transfer?

I just recently started playing at ACR. But I did notice that when u r finished playing casino u then have to withdraw money left back to poker. Not sure if that is what happened to u. Like i said Im new there also.

I have this problem when I play with wi fi on my laptop , one or two games lose connection and start reload of the table again and again with no result (I might close tables and reopenn them or close and restart client ) but the other tables sre fine , that's very strange

I haven't noticed this when I play on pc with cable internet , but with wi fi I have noticed it in my laptop ......

I mean he clearly states what the problem is.

This disconnection bug is going on for months and NOTHING has been done about it. If you would check a bit the tournaments that are running on the site you are representing you would see it yourself. I think its mostly people who use low level devices that are victim of this bug. They disconnect and reconnect untill their timebank is down and they are sitting out. Its super annoying for the rest of the players on the table since they have to wait an wait untill play continues.

Please discuss this with ur CS/tech team and fix this finally. This has nothing to do with username/email, its a general bug and if you want to see it yourself go and watch some of the freerolls where this happens a lot almost everyday on every table. The player affected gets a red cross over their screenname.

Anyone know how to turn off the ACR throwables??

Looked under Settings/ Playing experience/Gameplay and didn't see the option to unclick. Thought it was Show card, chip and blitz Poker animations but it wasn't.

Looked under Table Design and nothing. I mean . .. . frustrating.

I could use some help turning the throwables off, thanks.

So the fix for the broken chat function was to remove it? Well, at least it's not broken anymore I guess. Kind of a letdown, I met some cool people in chat between the nasty hateful losers.

So they take the chat away and that's fine but I don't like the silly throwable animations when I'm playing. And it seems that players are not capped at how many times these bored children can use the same silly animation at the table which is really annoying.

I have the avatars off and I like a bare bones screen. They brought back those annoying tourn stats in the upper right corner that are behind the actual tourn lobby page so its nearly worthless and takes up screen space and I'm having trouble even turning that off now. Fading it doesn't make it go away, lol.

I mean this ACR update is a disaster.

This won't be a "you'll get used to" update but more like a "I think its time to stop playing" at ACR if ACR doesn't give folks the option to turn that stuff off.

I dont think it was a good decision to give people the option to permanently close their account in the software with the new Update.

Peolpe are sometimes on tilt and maybe they will do things they later regret. Like this its very tempting for someone who is indeed on tilt to just close the Account.

Exactly, I had account closed by my own request and they treat it like a ban and can't create another account. They don't care unless they are making $ :deal:

Agreed, although most poker sites are shade3y ACR takes the cake and keeps getting worse in ways where you thought it can't get worse it does. Always remember these sites are created to make money no matter how unfair, and they couldn';t care less. :angel:

This 2 post vet - lol - is clearly clueless when it comes to unregulated sites that offer the same - if not better experience - to nearly the ENTIRE US population that is not allowed to play on regulated sites.

ACR is by FAR the best offering for ALL US players that are not able to play on regulated sites, hands down, no exceptions, not even debatable.

Yeah this is known as gamification and is directly targeted at the "fun recreational" player that only plays for a couple hours on the weekends. Obviously ACR has done some statistical analysis on the dumb ass throwables on poker stars and seen that it is a feature these losing recreational players like. So we loose chat which I enjoyed - and get these silly throwables - which I find annoying.

Chat was only offline for me for about 2 months. The latest two updates before this silly throwable update really did improve the chat functionality.

Honestly though - If we must put up with these re-donkulous throwables - at least give us a FISH, some kind of brainless representation, and a Big ol JACK ASS, so we can communicate unambiguously.

The one nice enhancement they have made to the upper right stat tabs is they now remember our preferred stats to display, which is nice.
I already know the prize pool amount - I noticed it when I bought into the event from the main lobby. LOL most useless stat to place on the stat tab. Oh yeah - the prize pool is also on the table window header. LOL just silly.
So the most useful stats to have on the table are average stack size, Late Reg left, places to ITM and number of positions paid. Thats what I have showing on my stats. But I do agree with you on the bare bones table layout. I have all the avatars turned off as well, and really miss chat. LONG LIVE ACR CHAT where FUN is properly spelled PHUN.

I just started to play periodically on WPN (BlackChip) and today noticed a slight LAG, then saw that my CPU was running at 100%!!! Wow! Typically I'm able to 4-table Z00M on Stars with PokerTracker running (or 5 to 6-table FastForward tables on partypoker) with a couple of Twitch streamers running, wsop updates, Cardschat forum, Facebook, emails... and never go above 30 to 40%. I can even throw Poop, sticks of dynamite & other stuff and I am still below 30-40%.

Today I had to close everything on my computer just so I could manage to 4-table the Blitz games and my CPU was running at 100%. (right now 'while sitting out' it is still sitting at 74%.... that is CRAZY!!!). I was scared to throw any poop.... thought it might make my CPU go for the sh1ts & burn up on me.

What is up with this? Why is the site such a CPU hog? I don't think I can continue to play the tables I want to be playing with my current setup. Are they looking into doing something about this?

I hadn't played on ACR for a little while so I entered a tournament yesterday.

It took about 15 seconds for someone to throw something at me and my day was pretty much ruined at that point.
