I hadn't played on ACR for a little while so I entered a tournament yesterday.

It took about 15 seconds for someone to throw something at me and my day was pretty much ruined at that point.

The reason they put that stupid throwing stuff on there and took away chat is because it just got even worse and they don';t want everyone calling it out in chat. Site is a joke and isn't any different than all those scam game aaps out there.

I just started to play periodically on WPN (BlackChip) and today noticed a slight LAG, then saw that my CPU was running at 100%!!! Wow! Typically I'm able to 4-table Z00M on Stars with PokerTracker running (or 5 to 6-table FastForward tables on Partypoker) with a couple of Twitch streamers running, WSOP updates, Cardschat forum, Facebook, emails... and never go above 30 to 40%. I can even throw Poop, sticks of dynamite & other stuff and I am still below 30-40%.

Today I had to close everything on my computer just so I could manage to 4-table the Blitz games and my CPU was running at 100%. (right now 'while sitting out' it is still sitting at 74%.... that is CRAZY!!!). I was scared to throw any poop.... thought it might make my CPU go for the sh1ts & burn up on me.

What is up with this? Why is the site such a CPU hog? I don't think I can continue to play the tables I want to be playing with my current setup. Are they looking into doing something about this?

This might have something to do with your virus protection or something else. I run on average 10-14 tables at the same time on 3 different sites including ACR - (8+ tables on ACR regularly) and I have no issues at all, no lag nor freezing issues - including all the non-sense web sites you mentioned - minus facebook. :icon_thum

Today I played in the tournament 271 159 36 Sunday Special 200 000 $ guarantee for 215 dollars, since this tournament is not a bankroll for me, I put 50% on sale! A few hours after registration, I went to the tournament lobby to find out how many% have already been sold? I got a message : you can't edit the created bid because all the shares have been sold!!! I played the tournament, but instead of selling 50%, only $29 was credited to my account!!!! How could this happen? I demand to compensate me for entering this tournament! Because of misleading me, I played the tournament under great moral pressure!

Thanks for the advice! The first thing I did was to email them! But I've had problems before and (unfortunately) they didn't help me anywhere except our forum! And here the representative ALWAYS promptly solved all problems!

Hi! That's what they told me?!!! This is just another unsubscribe! As if I don't even know why tournament shares are being sold without them! And the real essence of my case is that they misled me that all the shares I put up were sold! If I had known what was bought for only $ 29, I would have canceled the registration in the tournament!

OK so Monday I login to my account and my balance is $129... I remain logged in for a few hours but do not play anything. Later on I look and now the balance is $69. WTF where did 60 bucks just vaporize to? So I email support and ask them about it and they respond fairly quickly saying that I played in the casino and some poker hands to lower the balance. I'm like "LOL no i didnt"... so they send me to another department and say they will respond within 72 hours (LOL) In the meantime I play 2 poker tournaments and end up getting a 3rd place in one of them to raise my balance to around $180 (thats with the 60 still missing)... I log out and go to sleep for the night... Log in the next day (yesterday) and now i am locked out of my account with this message:

"Your account is suspended. Please contact the management staff"


Just checked my email and nothing from them at all, it has been now basically 48 of the "72 hours"


WTF kinda clown show is this and has anybody else ever experienced anything like this with ACR???


What a joke to only have email as your only source of customer service too wow, excellent site to play on especially for tournaments but God Help You if you ever have any problems with your account!

I had a similar issue a couple of years ago. My account got emptied. When they tracked it they showed me dumping off in a cash game. I explained I had 1) never played in any cash games, and 2) never played at this particular time. They assumed I was either 1) lying, or 2) my careless behavior had led to me being hacked.

I started a thread on 2plus2 and made my case. They took a second look. They put my money back.

It didn't take terribly long. I don't recall them saying exactly what happened but I'm convinced it was an inside job. I'm very careful with my computers.

As long as you don't have a modern complete mobile app , you will never be able to compete successfully the other poker rooms . pokerstars , 888poker , partypoker , they all have great mobile app , ACR doesn't .

I want now to play a MTT , but I need to open laptop or PC , bored to do so , on mobile it's much easier and relaxing , especially at night , or while you are away from home .

ACR mobile offers few choices , you cannot play a sng or a MTT there ......
