Is bank of America professing integrity?

Is bank of America professing integrity? If so I question their motivation because integrity is not a quality of banking institutions.

This is more then likely because of the large sums of money being deposited at irregular intervals.

The banks will freeze the funds, confirm with daniel they they are indeed poker winnings, and then unfreeze the funds. Just gotta make sure he's not trafficking drugs :p

That is really too bad. What is one to do, carry a duffel bag with all the earnings? I understand tightening the policies, but wouldn't that make certain banks more leveraged in terms of lending potential?

almost sounds illegal

That's crazy, sounds almost illegal, like some kind of discrimination. Business is business, you shouldn't be allowed to discriminate, as long as the source is legal.

Banks are under strict goverment controls now, especially after they were all bailed out of the S..t, few years ago, and thus have to open 'ALL' accounts to allow goverment scrutiny.

The only correct assumption with which I agree..)))
And I will add... it's not Negreanu here..This relationship between PS and "government", "intelligence" (or as they call them). Negreanu this to create hype and controversy and creating a tense situation. This is an attempt to put pressure on the PS and to interfere in the privacy policy, under the pretext of "national security"... It is the policy of USA: "we want to know everything about everyone".
Conspiracy theory )))

Overseas

I agree about it being because where Negreanu is playing since most poker sites like pokerstars aren't available here in the USA under federal law. However U.S. players are still able to set up accounts overseas and I'm sure this is why BOA does monitor poker funds specifically. Although it is definitely absurd anyways cause as we all know now banks like BOA think they are above the law!

Too much Money

Lets ask Daniel to transfer a $1000.00 to everyone who commented on the post. Hopefully that will ease his terrible burden.

It's incredible that it can happen in a bank in USA.
He should just invest his money in flats, houses and make own business eg. a restaurant.

If Bank Of America does not want his business, I am sure that Capital One would like to take up the slack. Banks are paying crap for interest anyway, might as well be hiding it in a mattress.

I guess that is too much, gambling is illegal yet that doesn't give the Bank of America the right to closed an account. The money is still on the account if they don't want a money from punters then they might have made a prior notice.
