FullFlush Poker (Very Slow) Payouts

FULL FLUSH no payouts

It has been nearly 4 months and Full Flush still has not paid me out. They give the same excuse every time, "will be sent out within a week or so" or "experiencing high volume of requests"
They literally told me "next week" for 2 months straight before I stopped asking. Customer support just says to email their payout department, which I do each time, and their payout team simply never responds.
I fully believe now that they are stealing people's money. Please please do not play on this site. My entire $9k+ bankroll now belongs to Full Flush.
If anyone has any idea on what authorities they can be reported to, please advise. They would not even tell me where they are located and no customer support phone number to call. Full Flush is a complete scam

This is an absurd experience and I am concerned they are just ignoring my payout request.

Same situation here. Still waiting on a moneygram request from 10/5. The main reason I've been playing on ff was their timely payouts, which apparently have gone down the drain. If they don't rectify this immediately they are going to lose all their regulars, including me.

Its not like I can't find a site with better sngs and mtts AND payouts less than a month...

Yeh I haven't played at all since the request. I started playing sportsbetting.ag. Hopefully their payouts are better. Just really dissapointed in this because like poster above says, payouts never were a prob before.

Just got back from W.U. - HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Withdrawal requested - 11/18
Money received - 11/21


Initially you have to email Payouts@fullflushpoker.com (or fax) and send a copy of your ID, copy of all credit cards and debit cards used to deposit, and the authorization form. After that, they sent me this.

"Thank you as well for sending all the documents required.

Please be informed that currently we are offering the 3 options below to receive your Payout:

• Western Union or Moneygram (the fee depends on the amount sent $201 to $500 fees are $39, more than $501 fees are $48)
• Check by Mail - $30 fee (it takes around 8 business days to arrive)
• Check by Fedex - $50 fee (it takes 5 business days to arrive)

In order to request a withdrawal, please enter the Cashier and submit the withdrawal."


I was able to access the withdrawal/payout section of the cashier. I opted for the W.U. The fee was taken out of what I requested (requested $900 got $852)... Be advised that it doesn't deduct from your account until after they pay you. I'm not sure if you can still spend/bet it while you are waiting for it to be processed (I didn't want to risk it and possibly have my payout request canceled).

Also, their live support is very helpful.

I will write a review of my experience so far on fullflush in the main poker room section.

I have over 4k pending in payouts and its been over 3 weeks and even though it says $900 max for MG the lowered it to $650 months ago. I smell bs

No, you don't have to make a deposit there in order to cashout.:D I have been talking to a few online friends I know, and a handful of them have cashed out with no problems. And not one of them has deposited. If I recall correctly, when the site was first opened (and was still in beta) the only tournaments/games offered were weekend freerolls. And players could instantly cashout upon cashing. My only gripes with this site are, no tournaments have antes, and the payout structures are terrible. Example, 25 players minimum needed to run some games, and they payout 25 places...lolz

They have changed their MTT setup to have antes now. They also require you to make a deposit before you withdraw as stated in the FAQ section. This site is taking almost a month to pay out. No one who is winning on the site is getting it in 48 hours. Only bet online pays out that fast. Full flush just lowered all MTT guarantees on weekend and has taken a lot of them out completely. That combined with slow payouts means the site was in trouble and had to cut back the loses because they never reach the guarantee in buy ins on weekend games until now.

I don't trust full flush. There network bought poker host from merge. I was locked out of my account. Now i see withdraw fees.
I am not wasting my time there.

Isn't Poker host on the WPN? Americas Card Room, Black Chip Poker, Poker Host and True poker? Full flush has the same software as Betonline but is not on same network.

I am pleased to report that I was paid by Full Flush today. The payment was via Western Union, and was within the time frame of our last communication.

I have 4k on the site been waiting a month for payout looks like I got a ways to go. They also told me I was blacklisted on MG so I couldnt request 2 payouts a week. Sad to say MG had no clue what they were talking about and since then I have recieved MG payouts from betonline which you get in in 36 hours. Sad to see this site go down. I made a lot of money on here

6 weeks on, no full flush payout for me. Advice?

Just an update on my payout request from full flush poker: 8 or 9 emails to support, 4 generic replies from Jarod asking me to talk to the Payouts dept. 3 emails to payouts over last 3 weeks, not a single reply. 3 emails to a manager, named Jim, 2 saying he'd get back to me, 3rd had gotten no reply for last 4 days. Anyone have this similar experience? If so how did it finally get resolved? Not sure what to do here. This is my second payout, first one went fine after submitting identification.

What payout method did you use?

I have also two payout requests via neteller waiting (1 and 3 weeks). For some reason Full Flush payout requests are taking very long at the moment, but I have heard that people are still getting their money slowly. I think that WU and MG are the fastest methods at the moment, but the fee of WU/MG is rather high and the maximum withdrawal is only 400/690$ depending on where you live. I guess a normal payout time for MG/WU is approximately 1-2 months and skrill/Neteller is about 2-5 months. I haven't seen many checks received lately, but it varies from 3 months to 6 months and I think that the bank wires are pretty much the same 2-5 months..

These waiting times are too long and not acceptable, but at least they are paying. I hope this payout situation gets better soon as I really like the site...

im glad i read this post i was just about to sign up and deposit $100 but i wanted to do a lil more research on this site but after reading about there withdraw issues no way i will try betonline or if anybody has any advice on a reliable decent site for us players with reasonable faster withdraw time and please let me know any advice would be much appreciated

I am also curious what method you used to withdraw, as the last time I or anyone I knew withdrew from FullFlush it was rather quick and painless! I and other friend's used the Western Union option, and though the fees were rather steep, we had our funds relatively quickly!! As in a matter of days! Not sure what the hold up is a FF, but hope, for your sake and others, that they get on top of payments ASAP!

This place is a rip off. Do not deposit here they do not pay out. Been waiting for 2months for 600$. And they just keep delaying it weeks at a time. Don't waste your money or time on this site. Its a joke.

Just giving you an update everyone. Now 2+ months since my payout request, my issue was escalated to a manager(at my insistence, not because they actually give a crap) named Jim at full flush, around end of November who said he would look into the matter. 3 weeks on no reply to my 5 follow up e-mails on a status update, the dude is just ignoring me now lol. So unprofessional and shady. I repeat, DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO THIS SITE. Unless you feel like donating to their ponzi scheme.

I will continue to update in the miraculous event that I actually see the money I'm owed.

Same as you, I've been told numerous times that I'd get my withdrawals a certain date and then it wouldn't come. Then I've proceeded to contact them again and I've been told again for next week. However, even tho it's frustrating, infuriating, painful, and all of the above, they're still paying. It is taking forever but at least we can't right them off as being Lock 2.0 or Carbon 2.0 yet.

There's still some hope and all we can do is wait it out this month and see if they indeed are gonna come thru with this new management excuse or whatnot. Also, keep contacting them about your payouts but try to be more polite towards whoever is assisting you. That's how I've been getting responses and actually getting some cashouts from them.

I've realized that the phone support NEVER picks up anymore too. I straight up asked the support person on chat whether or not they are scamming me - she couldn't tell me no. Funny thing is I have cashed out with these guys earlier this year for more money than I'm cashing out now. It took longer than it was supposed to but not by this much. It really seems that they are running into cash flow issues or not doing well and just refusing to payout. If it's true, the fact that there are "management changes" is also concerning...

Full Flush Poker Payout Issues

Anyone else experiencing problems with Fullflush Poker? I've cashed out with them before and every time it has been really painful (always takes 2-3x as long as they say) but this time I'm particularly concerned as they keep telling me that they're going through "management changes" and they don't seem to be picking up the phone when I call support anymore...

I've requested 2 payouts over a month ago through MG and WU. Neither have been paid, despite their site saying it'll take 3-5 business days. I've been calling support (as stated earlier, they don't pick up) and emailing support and payouts but every time I do, they copy and paste the same response each time. When I reply to that, requesting more detailed info, they DO NOT reply back. I was getting really frustrated with my recent chat with them and asked them if they're scamming me - the support person did not say "no".... (see below)

Has anyone been successful in getting a payout from FFP in the past month?

I'm also concerned about this "Managament Change". I'm not sure how the old CEO stepping out and a new one coming in should affect the payouts department who is still intact from what I've read...

All this seems very sketchy. Let's see what develops in the month of January. If they don't do anything by then, that's when we can completely write them off as a scam and can kiss goodbye to our funds.

Not happy to be reading this... I haven't cashed out from FF in some time, but never had problems in the past. Hopefully they get back on top of things and get the "management" situation taken care of. And more importantly get players their cashouts in a timely manner! I'd hate to lose my br at FF the way I have lost so many others to sites drying up and/or disappearing all together.. sigh.

Full Flush is not paying out anymore. I been waiting for two months now and they still use they are switching management. Support says something different every time we speak. I stopped playing full flush for a while. Than bill from there VIP calls me and said i could become a rakeback player and he would take care of any problems. I told him i stopped playing online as no one pays out. He told me he would make sure my payouts would take no longer than 3-5 days. Now when i try to contact bill the say he doent work there anymore. Witch he do its all lies. DO NOT MESS WITH THIS PLACE!!! ITS ANOTHER LOCK POKER!!!

Full flush is the new lock poker if you havent got your money there is a good chance you wont. Its sucks i have had a pending withdraw for months now. They say it do it management change. Place is a total scam. I had a friend get his account closed with over 2k in it from going to support asking when his payout was gonna get sent. They came back and to him that the were gonna shut down his account due to a charge came back in march of this year. Now if he deposited and the charge came back they would have done something that day not in dec. Like i said ive had a pending withdraw from over tow month and they never say the same thing

I have 2 cashouts pending for over a month. One is MG and the other WU. I've had a few successful cashouts with them in the past (WU, MG, check). They all took longer than advertised but I got them eventually. However, this time I really feel like I'm not gonna see my money judging from all the lies and "management changes" they claim to have going on.
