I do know they have expanded theor tourneys and have new ante tourneys and bigger gtds I only play THEIR AND HAVE HAD NO ISSUES W PAY OUTS They do charge between 15-18% to cash out w MG or wu They make hardly any money on this since it is very expensive for the site to send the money if you cash out 500 or more than maybe they make a lil bit but less than that they actually loose money. I received my payout in 3-5 biz days

Full Flush Poker not paying out!! Beware!!

I have used Full Flush Poker in the past and last fall had no problem quickly cashing out. However, I decided to return a couple months ago to play on their site because of a rakeback program they offered me. After some time, I put together a nice sum in cash games and put in 2 withdrawal requests on 6/23 and 6/30. It is now 8/11 and they still haven't processed either of my payouts.

I have contacted support several times, and each time I have been given a date in which they would be processed that wasn't met. I am very frustrated with them, and if it does get resolved I will post here. Until then, I would recommend to everyone considering this site to avoid it if you are trying to find a site to play on that your deposit isn't just a donation to their cause.

I am very frustrated with them, and if it does get resolved I will post here. Until then, I would recommend to everyone considering this site to avoid it if you are trying to find a site to play on that your deposit isn't just a donation to their cause.

Unfortunately, no good news yet. I contacted Full Flush Poker support again this past Monday and they said that the first payout will be processed by this past Friday, Monday at the latest. Well it is now Tuesday and no payment has been processed, so back to contacting support....I definitely do not recommend this site. We are verging on 2 months since I put in a payout request. Rediculous. They have enough time to launch a casino for people to play real money in, but not enough time to cut a check. It is no wonder that they have shrinking numbers in their game rooms...

I've requested 2 cashouts through moneygram in july one week apart from each other. One took 2 weeks and the other took 3 weeks. So it will probably be more than 10-12 days

We are now at the 2 month mark on my first payout with no update in processing. I contacted support last week only to get the same answer.. Now they are not even bothering with a projected date of processing. I just don't get why they would take so long to process payouts since it deters players from using their site. It seems to me like that would be priority one if you were wanting to run a legitimate and desirable gaming site. Oh well, I will keep you updated. Here is the message they are blanket sending me now:

I have sent 2 messages to the payout department within the last 2 weeks and neither have received a reply. They went to replying with their blanket reply to not replying at all.

I will continue to update you on the status, but it isn't looking good at this point, very dishonest site.

I would also recommend that cardschat take off their recommendation of this site as you are steering people into a money trap. Your review of their site was correct a year ago, but now it is inaccurate as they are keeping players' money.

Requested a payout via check on July 20th. Every time I contact support get the same generic message saying it will be a few more days just like everyone else. They used to payout in a timely fashion now it is the complete opposite. My days of playing on this site are in the past and I would not recommend this site to anyone.

There have been numerous complaints about very long waits now. I wonder what these sites are doing? Are the CEO's just taking $ out whenever they want and putting it in their bank?

Taking out $ to cover the overlays? Really no excuse to not have the $ ready for cashouts. I would highly advice people NOT to deposit on this site.

fullflush poker terrible service

I sent my documents to them 20 times before they finally verified with me that they received them. Seemed very shady. I was told they would expedite my payout request because of the multiple time i had to email them without receiving a response. On september 2nd i made the request and was told it would take 3-5 days at most. It is now September 15th and i have been told i will receive the payout next friday the earliest. It is only for 690.00 and they can't make that payment on time? The live help service is useless. They have told me 5 timesover the last week that a manager will call me, yet I have received no calls or emails. When i confront either Kevin or Natalie about this they are extremely rude and actually say that they have no information for you. STAY AWAY. Shady practices are going on. REPEAT STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU DON'T WANT A PAYOUT. I feel for all of you posting it is taking so long to get a payout. I am frustrated over two weeks can only imagine more money and months of waiting. Cardchat should defiantly change the status of their review and try to contact the site for us
