Russian players are much more comfortable playing in colder climates . I think this would give them an edge if I had to play in Moscow.

There are many russian players in poker because of:
1)Low living quality level in Russia, you can earn on poker much more than in average real life in Russia
2)Russians are usually good at logics/technical science because of education system
3)There are really many stable players who earn on poker online and offline

Very aggressive and willing to retaliate or bet big with many hands. When I look at my opponents location and see Russian Federation I am very cautious because bluffing them isn’t easy because some have no fold button. Some play well, but I have questioned many tactical lines made by some Russian players. Obv I have not seen a wide range of professional class players so my opinion is based on mid to low stakes games.

Recently, the average age of players has decreased. Young people always play more aggressively. I think that age and not nationality determine the style of play.
