im suprise this thread got so many reply, thx everyone for your good good answer.. so maybe sometime sharks can be a fish if he/her make wrong decision and fish sometime can be a sharks if he/her make good decision and reach final table..

Fish sometimes do good simply by getting lucky a few times early and building a chip stack. After they have it they just keep pushing with their chips till they get lucky again. it happens short term in cash tables as well you can see a fish do well for a few sessions sometimes if they keep hitting. Fortunatly it only lasts a short time in either situation Soon they loose it all again and wonder what happened. That's why bankroll management is so important to get past these days and on to the next game when you can dominate him . take notes on what he does in what situations cause fish very seldomly change their style.

A lot of bad players win tour tournaments because the stacks get shorter and you can get lucky in all in spots since there are more all ins. You look at some of these winners and their graphs. Its just going down with one big spile and down down down with another big spike but still in the red.

I won a tournament at a local casino, well, not really local, I had to drive 2hrs out of state. Won $1500.
It was crazy!!
$10 buy in. Unlimited $5 re-buys for the first hour. Dudes had stacks of $5 chips, no look all in for most of the table. 55 players. You do the math.
$1500 was top prize. They paid out 7 places. In-sane.

I was a fish. But they were bigger fish.

Freeroll fish can win, it affects mostly the luck factor, but tournaments of higher level - is unlikely.
