Just a fwiw here...
The site seemed quite glitchy today. So much so that I had to take my play elsewhere.
I had a couple of things happening repeatedly today - - when I'd click on my preset betting button (2.5bb's), the bet-slider would jump up to 48.5bb, 40.5bb, 67.5bb. Fortunately the other players all folded (but they must've thought I was nuts!). On the 67.5 bb open-raise, BB shoved on me & I was priced in to call so I did lose 120bb stack in that one.
I can catch it if I take my time & watch very closely but it really does slow me down. I don't know if that happens to other players & I'm wondering if it's because the pre-set bet button is located too close to the bet slider and when I'm clicking on the bet button, it's giving me the amount 'as if' I'd clicked on that part of the bet slider (perhaps I can disable an option with the bet slider (bet goes to position where you click on slider).. < or whatever it's called))

Another thing that was happening today.
A note pops up telling me 'we were unable to transfer the requested chips. Please try again .... '
My chip stacks would no longer reset to 100bb's. I checked on 'Table Settings' & would see the 'Auto-Rebuy To Max' box was 'unchecked' but I hadn't unchecked it. It happened again & again (& again... ).

The small gold reward card in the upper right corner of the tables. I click on it & it gives me this (it's been like this for 2 days)

I won $20 in the Partypoker Monthly 'Chip In Community' but I haven't received any $$ in my account from it.

Please send the avatar via the lobby, the team will review and approve/ decline
Generally takes no more than a few days
Click on the Settings icon on the right in the poker lobby, Player Image - Upload images


@Poker Orifice I would suggest you ensure you have the latest version fully downloaded and perhaps a full, clean reinstallation
The team are aware of issues with the Deck promotion and it's being worked on

No idea tbh, I would suggest you contact the Cardschat MOD team directly and they can tell you the specifics for the tourneys

You can see your P$ balance if you hoover over the cashier section which shows your cash balance
The default setting should be P$ before cash, meaning your P$ balance will be used when you buy into an event/ sit at a table etc
You can check under Settings (small gear icon on the right in the lobby) > Advanced > "Buy in for Tournaments using P$ before cash"

I have another question, in the settings I checked the box, Enable drop and show feature, but at the moment I'm playing I can't use it, or I know how to do it.

What was the reply from support? I would suggest if it's not allowing the content, you try another avatar request perhaps? It could be the content or the incorrect size etc
