@Colette Stewart FYI after the latest update on your DLC, when "My Game" is selected via the table the whole client crashes. I tried to inform support but again there is errors when trying to sign in on the webpage you are directed to with an error saying this account is on a national SE register and that cannot be true as I reside in a country that does not have this and my acc is fine, thanks in advance :)

I tried to open the client today. Pop-up appears - "Update in progress".

It downloads the updates quite quickly, and after it reaches 100% the pop-up disappears for a second, comes back and starts downloading all over again. This repeats over and over, and over...

Yesterday everything was fine.

Similar thing happened a long time ago and I had to really srub Party off my PC's registers before installing again.
It doesn't look very professional when updates mess things up.
I am aware of a very small number of players experiencing the same when downloading the update - a quick restart generally helps resolve in full I will share the feedback with our Product teams - should this issue continue, please send details via email to the customer service team who can review and help resolve - info@partypoker.com

Just a few minutes after i wrote this there was an update on the app. And instead of fixing something, the sounds are now broken. Tested on 2 devices and i had to turn them on and off and restart the app to work.

Also there is 2 times the register button in the new lobby instead of a register and login button.

I mean ok. Does someone test these things before they get released?
Yes, all product items are tested before release I can not replicate the issue you describe I would suggest you remove the App in full and redownload If the issue persists, please reach out to the Customer Service teams directly - share your username and exact details of the issues please - they can then review and help resolve You can reach the teams via Live chat or via email - info@partypoker.com

Could you possibly send a video of the My Game issue? I can not replicate - it may be SE related perhaps? You can send details via email to info@partypoker.com Please ensure you send from the email account registered to your party account
I have also asked the internal teams to look into this - but they will require as much info as possible - username/ time/ exact issue etc

And my comment/review about the app? Took me some time to write it and the claims are completely valid. I guess it got ignored by u because i wrote another post?

Could u please send this to the responsible team?

And sorry but if the products get tested first before releasing it, how comes there are 2 sign in buttons like in the screenshot of the lobby? And sound now fails constantly? I noticed these things after playing like 5 minutes with the new app.

Kind of concerning to see of what quality those testers and programmers (who cant even program that throwables are turned off and should therefore no more sound) are at partypoker if u ask me. i mean people are playing for money, sometimes for a lot of money there.

(But let me tell u im not really surprised because i know that already from other poker sites. its a well known procedure to use cutsomers as so called "beta-testers" of a new product and tell them to write with issues to support. Sites probably do that so they dont have to use too much ressources themself. Party seems to follow that route with the first update of the android Apps since years-A horrible one!)

By far the most generous website for freeroll toward players.Thx to your site i was able to learn the games without losing a tons of money and now i contribuate to normal MTT

I do actually specially after having such bad experience trying to get my withdraw on another site i will not name you got to love the withdraw in less then 24h on partypoker

Not sure if others have complained, but if I load up party with stars or gg my PC becomes unusable. My PC is a newish gaming laptop and can load gg,stars, uni. Ipoker. Acr and 888 all together no problem. Something about party's programming. Have reinstalled as well as trying other skins.

Have you checked on your computer to see which one is the biggest resource hog? (which one uses the most resources from your CPU).
Because for me, WPN (ACR) uses the most. I can run all sites along with Twitch streamer, PokerTracker 4, music, Youtube vids., etc. etc. but when I add in ACR it drags it down. (GGPoker also uses more resources than Stars, Partypoker, 888 & Titan).

fwiw, my computer is at least 10years old (4th gen. Intel i5 CPU), 16GB Ram, 500GB SSD, GPU 1060 6GB

This problem was resolve. The PP support team attending me very fast via live chat, latter by email. now I can log in as always. I was really scared to lose my 25 box. 🤣 same that I won thanks to CC freerolls.

Hi all,

Having just completed a work stint at the fantastic MILLIONS Malta, PartyPoker Live event, it's time to say goodbye to my PartyPoker team as my time with the company ends 13th October.
Having worked with PartyPoker (ENTAIN) for 14 years it's certainly the end of an era and it's been an incredible journey!!
I have been very lucky to work with some amazing people, industry champions and well-known poker greats!
My poker career has allowed me to travel globally meeting so many of our players from the community - I will be forever grateful for the opportunity.

All the best to PartyPoker - it's been a blast!
