Its restricted to ALL partypoker user, 40 days max - this was implemented following safer poker ecology measures put in place in 2020

I'm guessing there's a glitch with the promo today? (Daily Party Gift)

It'd be great if PP brought back a promo resembling some of the ones in the past... where players had to at least do something (ie. play poker, lol... or play a minimum # of hands, or minimum # of raked hands) in order to receive the prize (or even mystery prize where you only win it a certain % of the time).
And... for prizes, perhaps Tournament tickets would be something to consider (even for cash game table promos... ie. FastForward tables). Giving out tournament tickets in other promos (for prizes) would help to fill the tournaments, which would also obviously help to boost the number of entrants as more players will join in.

I've personally taken a hiatus from playing online tournament poker for a long time now but actually have plans on getting started back at it regularly beginning this weekend. Hoping to include a handful of games each day from Partypoker.

Hi,
I have won 400 in party poker casino last friday and i wanted to withdraw it. In my withdrawal information secton under the cashier it says that my withdrawal was approved. I also received an email last friday that it was approved. Since Friday it seems to be stuck in the waiting to schedule payout option. I was told there is no issue with my account but that the payment failed with the Interact provider. I have contacted Gigadat and they have never received any requests for the transfer of this specific amount. When i asked the customer support about it they did not reply. They only replied before when they said that the interact service provider refused the transaction. Supposedly they tried processing it today but it was refused again? I have never had any issues with Gigadat and have dealt with them many times in the past. Also, why it says that my withdrawal is waiting to schedule payout and has not been processed if indeed it was already sent to Gigadat for payout? None of this makes sense to me. Please help. I have made withdrawals before and never had any issues.

Hi, the customer service teams are by far best placed to advise regarding account issues
Please reach out to the team via email, info@partypoker.com or the live chat option
I cant assist with regards to such issues - I am confident the team can review and provide an update

Hello, perhaps the format was not correct or the screenshot not clear? I would suggest resending the passport copy again and asking the team to review CS are by far the best team to assist in such matters I am confident it can be easily resolved

Thanks Partypoker!!! Super fast, friendly customer service! I don't think many of the newer players appreciate just how awesome customer support is at Partypoker. They blow away the competition and while other sites are cutting back on their customer support (ie. Stars), Partypoker is excelling!

Great site! I can't wait to see what the new Tournament schedule is going to be

hello party poker not working in ukraine?
PartyPoker no longer operates in Ukraine from the 30th Jan ALL players were sent email communications and we had various messages within our client

Hello. I'm trying to play CC freerolls at Partypoker. But I can't find them in the lobby. Before I made my first deposit, I saw them advertised in the lobby, but the App wouldn't let me play them. They replied that I needed to make a first deposit in order to play the CC freerolls. I already made my first deposit, however now the CC freerolls do not appear as they normally did. I hope you can help me.

they are in the lobby. You most likely need to adjust the lobby settings.

Is there a way to fold and show my hand?

I can easily do that at pokerstars, GG and 888, but the PartyPoker software is the only one I couldn't figure out a way to show my hand.

Thanks for reply. Yes I trying in many ways. Actuality before to make the deposit I was able to see the freerrolls. But now after the deposit it just desapear. Very curious! 😫 I keep trying.
