Someone who has a Party Poker account should contact them and ask them about this. It would be interesting to know if they would actually permanently ban someone for shortstacking - and seize their funds. I find that so hard to believe.

Thank You. I have been emailing them and calling the numbers. I am currently filing a complaint with the European Betting and Gaming and the Government of Gibraltar.

Just have to address this. Do you think, after reading the thread that OP isn't a lying scammer deserving of scorn? Seriously, CC is probably the nicest active forum that I've ever been on. The only forums I've seen with no occasional flames, trolls etc are ones with real low traffic that aren't worth joining.

If someone just doesn't get it but causes no harm I agree they should be left alone or perhaps gently teased just as you might a buddy who is a friend but not too sharp. (I might fit that category myself) If someone just doesn't get it but acts agressively and in OP's case dihonestly IMO than they deserve what they get.

how come two plus two is the biggest and they have the most trolls, haters, etc. It was a waste of time for me to continue on this site. I am looking forward to wearing my anti party poker and anti cardschat shirt at the upcoming wsop. The hell with Dakota and here flying monkey army!

I am looking forward to wearing my anti party poker and anti cardschat shirt at the upcoming WSOP.

As they don't tend to focus the cameras on the crowd and general passers by, I don't see as this will generate all that much publicity.

no warning?? ... that seems just crazy ... i would fight that ... if they didnt want players to do that it should be programmed into their software or clearly stated in their rules ... maybe they make you forfeit a small and big blind after you win and big pot and try to leave table, but to ban you ... please a casino has every right to say you can't play here, but your money is your money ... something doesn't smell right

I think you sort of missed my point about the size of forums and the amount of trolls etc. This kind of proves my other point. I think being a flying monkey would be awesome though.

I'd wish you good luck but I'm convinced your a lying cheater and not a very bright one at that. If you go to the WSOP please make sure you have a round trip ticket. They won't want you hanging out in the streets after you bust out of the tourney and lose your roll in the cash games. Vegas has a pretty big homeless problem after all.

I have been a losing recreational players for several years and starting taking poker seriously by training alot and jumping up in stakes from micro NL to 1/2 and 2/4 NL. I win a couple of grand over the weekend and decide to cash out $600 and get locked out and they say I am being investigated.

Also a quick look at the accounts you have listed show no real winnings.

You have already been pulled up for posing a fake email.

So where did this cash come from?

It just looks like another lie.

I pulled OP's reply out of the quote box so it would show up. I just want to make sure that I understand this. From reading your earlier posts you have recently lost your job. You have always played microstakes online and been a documented losing player. You play the lowest stakes live. Yet you have a large bankroll available to you and travel to Vegas regularly and with a roll of not quite 30 grand you are planning on buying into multiple WSOP events?

Seems a bit off I think. I will say I'm jealous of all Canadians at the moment though.

I accused the OP of having an IQ of less than 100 (it was just a nice way of calling him stupid). He then went to forge an 'official' e-mail with simple words spelt wrong. It wasn't childish name calling, I was calling it how I saw it, as we say in poker, my read was spot on.

Where I play 1-2, 2-5, and 5-10 are big games at fallsview casino and rama. From thurs. to sun. the stack on a 2-5nl game is 2500plus with huge pots. last 5-10 nl game i played, you could by an M3 with the table stakes. I have been recently playing fulltime live after leaving my job. I have been a mico online player for years because I never took it seriously and used it as entertainment to screw around. It wasn't untill I played with online pros at live tables that these guys really exist and you can actually make money online. I have been skeptical and afraid in playing higher stakes and when I finally do, my worst nightmare comes true.
