I emailed the European Gaming and Betting Association to see if anything can be done. If the email was justified, they should at least send some proof or quotes from the TOS. How many departments do party have? "Game and fairness security?" give me a break! I think they have too many departments so they can lose all the complaints in the shuffle. This is very weak and pathetic.

Sooo, You buy in for the minimum, win a pot, and leave? That's your strategy? I don't know why it would be illegal, but it is not adding to your win rate. If you do this, you just got lucky and had a winning streak. If that is all there is to it, I don't understand confiscating your funds.

Someone who has a party poker account should contact them and ask them about this. It would be interesting to know if they would actually permanently ban someone for shortstacking - and seize their funds. I find that so hard to believe.

So they banned you permanently for pulling constant hit and runs? I really know nothing of Party's TOS, but that seems to me to be a really weak reason for a permanent ban and seizure.

A ban is one thing ... but to then confiscate your money for it is another thing and something they legally couldn't do surely...

Unfair Advantage Policy

players who intentionally lose games on low stakes tables to keep their rank at a lower level than it would otherwise be.
This is party's stance saying I have been masterminding a scheme to be a losing micro player for years and then suddenly I jump stakes and get lucky. I just started and party cuts me off at the ankles. Also read section 6 sub 6.1 on how they reserve the right to restrict, refuse, modify, cancel anything they want without liability. I'ts on their site.

It was detected after large winning and the player tried to make a withdraw. That case sounds so much like this one! So RAMARAIDER you know what the deal is buddy!!!

They never accused me of cheating! They didn't like the way I played and was against their unfair advantage policy. People wake up! The is no 100 percent certainty that this could not happen to you.

You can see how it gives them sole discretion with out justification to do as they please. And yes there is a alerts@party. Look how many frekin departments they have. If you play on the site, you would know.
