When you brain goes into that emotional state while on tilt, your brain blocks off the part that thinks about the consequences(it's normal for everyone). Next time write the e-mail, but don't send it. I have gone to write something nasty to someone while mad/emotional or whatever, and by the time I finished writing I decided to just not send it, and I felt better anyway by that time.

This is truth, I have done it before and it really does calm you down quite a bit, lets you get your feelings out.

Wow thats unreal. That was a completely unnecessary email you sent Full Tilt. Why were you even sending it? No matter how big of a losing streak someone is on, or how tilty they are, you shouldn't send emails like that saying you are going to kill yourself, that's just asking for a ban there. My question for you is, why did u even send that message? I mean, what did you think was going to happen? Thats a dumb decision to make right there.
