Downswings, badbeats and suckouts are all part of the fun of poker.. If you cant learn to deal with them then poker is not the game for you.

I agree that sending the email was probably not the smartest thing you've ever done, but am I the only person that thinks when he four bet you should have laid it down? At that point it's got to be 99% certain he has aces. Him hitting his set on the turn after you hit yours on the flop is tough, but you had to know you were behind before you shoved, right?

Like none of you have ever done something stupid before. Constructive criticism is fine, but geez.
