Endless Rakeback saga at FTP...and other sites'.

It took me about 3 months to get rakeback at FT. I kept emailing FT and rbpros and eventually it worked.

Have you all tried to make a real DEPOSIT. You know, the kind where you give FTP your credit card number? Seems like that is what they want in the end, depositers. Not a bunch of Ferguson wanna-be's playing freeroll money into millions. Especially if it's their freeroll money being put up. Ask the mods here where their freeroll money comes from to keep offering $200 freerolls twice a week. I'd be willing to bet that it isn't all theirs.

I deposited probably 2 years ago. I have paid more in rake than my initial deposit. I still don't get RB.

You do know that the only money the site makes is rake, right? So whether I deposit, or win freerolls (which I did on another site, but not FT), I still generate rake by playing against other players. My deposit will one day come back out. They keep the rake. I would prefer they give a little back, but if not, I'll just play somewhere else.

FullTilt will not arrange it for you.

I was waiting for a month, before I decided to sign-up myself at rakebackpros and then emailed them asking for rakeback telling them my FT screenname and the RBPros username. It took 3 days to answer, but I got rakeback.

It looks like they will never ever give it to you unless you create an account at rakebackpros.com yourself and ask the RBPROS support to activate it.

yeah, Ive been down that route, as daks says, lots of people have done it.
Ive now moved most of my money to PS, but I think Im going back to SNG's for a week or so, played 4 yesterday at the same time just at the $1 for refresh practice, and really enjoyed them. I started on sngs/mtts, do like them. Anyone know if PS's sngs play different to the same level sngs at FT?

First off, let me say that I am a huge fan of the site. I've love playing there and am a huge fan of a lot of the pros who represent you. Now, I am nowhere near pro status but maybe one day I can get to be at least 10% successful as some of them.

Onto the questions:

1. Why arent there any micro-stakes heads up games from 2nl-25nl? I lose watching HU play at the bigger stakes and would love to play HU cash games, but the only available tables are 50nl and up. Thats nearly my full BR and a huge leap from what I normally play. Is there a reason for this or are there any plans for micro-stakes HU tables?

2. I know rush poker is a bit new, but will there be a micro-stake rush tables? I believe the lowest you have is 10nl.

3. Why is rake so high for the micro-stakes, but not for the higher stakes? I was playing 10nl the other day and won a pot for ~$22 and my rake was ~$1.70. But when I look at the big tables where they're playing for pots of thousands of dollars, their rake is similar.

4. Is there any chance of me being able to get rakeback? I signed up and joined full tilt way before I knew about it. I know a lot of people who do have it and it feels like I'm losing out on a lot. I'm not sure what the chances are of my being able to get it, but I'd thought i'd ask. Im hoping to get an FTP support response from someone with a kind heart...and who will grand me rakeback.

New games will be added for Rush poker during the next weeks and we will consider adding smaller limits also. We will consider smaller HU tables also and this may be easier in the future as our next updates will solve couple of the problems we currently have with HU tables.

In high stakes players will pay maximum rake of $3 on almost every hand they play, but in microstakes usually rake is just few cents. Even if high stakes players pay only small part of the pot, they will always pay much more dollars than microstake players. Also players in all stakes take same amount of resourses from servers and support, rake in lower stakes can't be too low.

In regards to your rakeback query;

Although Full Tilt Poker does not offer rakeback directly to players, our preferred affiliate partner ..... offers rakeback to players who sign up through their website with Full Tilt Poker.

Essentially, what Full Tilt has done is offer their existing affiliate accounts - which seems like the majority of members who are having problems in this thread - a $10,000 bonus for the remainder of the year - which would be the equiv. of 27% RB. Essentially, you would get it directly through FTP.

What I would recommend you guys do, instead of constantly asking them for a RB account, ask them for this particular bonus instead. Apparently, they are much more willing to give this out. (Probably easier on their end).

Another rumor is that either late this year or beginning of 2011, FTP will begin offering RB to all it's previous account holders.

From the sounds of it, it shouldn't matter who your affiliate is or if you know who it is. What Full Tilt has been doing is offering this "up to" $10,000 in bonuses for non rb clients. The seem to be offering it to "some" that have requested rb in the past. Here is the email they have sent out:

thanks for the info KK, I'll keep my fingers crossed. I have a small current bonus running at fulltilt, so that might be why they havent offered me a bonus instead of rb yet, I hope so......................

Hope I don't burst your bubble if I mention lately I've been 6 tabling 10nl.

I do think it would be interesting to get a bunch of people who have it and don't to post up stats and see if we can figure out what it takes. I'm not averse to chasing if it's something I can do. Otherwise, I tried depositing on Stars tonight. Declined, but I'll keep trying until I get it in.

cAPS i just stumbled across this thread and got all those exact emails from fulltilt. and i just thought i was special. it was about 2 weeks after i recieved the last one that i got rackback. i happened also to be just ready to spend a bunch of fulltilt points for stoxpoker at the time. if it helps i did get all the same emails and did end up getting the rakeback. good luck.

Well that just downright sucks. I too recieved the same emails but my rakeback went through in about 3-4 days.

Good luck to you guys on getting it soon. Especially you guys multi tabling. Before I really started MTing I was getting nothing compared to what Im getting back now. 16 tabling $5nl
