My username on ACR is benitwapasu. I am from canada. I have never had a problem making withdrawals from ACR to ecopayz until now. Usually it is very fast--almost instantaneous. This time though the money did not come in and I got an email from someone asking for my Bitcoin receiving address which is something I don't have. I would prefer not to have anything to do with any cryptocurrency. Could you look into this for me? I sure hope I can still withdraw to ecopayz.

I think it would be great to have other games but the problem is there just isn't enough players that play Razz, Stud, etc. I do hope they atleast give it a shot and try and promote other games for players wanting something different to play.

It is very strange why the representative of ACR does not answer many questions, but only places ads. ACR is a joke the rep left 2+2 because they Can't answer hard questions. They won't ban Russian players because of too much money on site can't pay them with all the overlays they are paying .The only Russians on the site are Putin bots and trolls, normal Russian doesn't have internet access to west.

Try going to Settings > Playing Tools > All-In Options
Then uncheck the Use All-In Suspense Experience (music, sound effect, and animations) at the top; click OK below to confirm:
