Buggy and not getting any better

First, no tournaments, no Cardschat, other freebies, today 5/27, I logged in and my bankroll was at $0.00, and my personal data does show up. Now, it is logging me out, as soon as I log in. Also notice the cash games are NEVER down.

I enter my account and balance on the spot but there are no games of tournament selections and so on

Exactly, that cash game rake is still coming in, and now more people are playing cash because MTTs are down. So its just not true when people say that WPN is losing money and they want things fixed just as much as we do. Actually, they're not losing money. They make most of their money from cash games and no problems there. According to ACR, this "upgrade" was supposed to take 10 HOURS. It is now 8 DAYS and counting.

After the release of the tournament lobby update, it looks like this for the second week.

And by the way, I don’t see tabs for 6+ Hold'em in the new poker client.
Does it mean that it will no longer be in ACR?

This must be the longest software "upgrade" of anything I have ever experienced. Some feedback would have been nice.

Friday night I was in the $3k hyper turbo mega stacked tournament. I was 2nd in chips with only 3 players remaining and during 5 minuter break the tournament was stopped due to maintenance. Around 1 hour later I logged back in to ACR to find my real money account negative $124.02. I contacted live chat they say they would fix this within 24 hours and that the money I won from the tournament would be in my account. I went to live chat again after 24 hours when I saw my balance was still the same they say they would escalate this matter to the manager. It's been 4 days now i chatted with someone everyday since then and still minus $124.

Just wanna play poker ...if ACR doesn't want be serious then someone else needs to step to the task...online poker needs more sites to make things more competitive

Think close to 50 pokersites failed the last 20 or 30 years hope thats not the case here ACR
has the makings of a good site time will tell.

Well as i figured, it has been multiple days into the update. no tourneys, no blitz, no jackpot, so sit n go's. my HUD's can't update because nothing on ACR works, and My StackandTile can't update either... I should have bet way more on their incompetence. But, it is a U.S. illegal casino, so ... at least they try!

So according to current statement on Twitter, there will be downtime and another update at 6am tomorrow May 29th to fix existing issues, after which there will be a limited MTT schedule with more added over time.
