I haven't much experience in playing online casino but sometimes I play. I never had a feeling of being deceived. You just need to choode a right and fair platform and there won't any problems. I prefer this one and this game explodecasino.com/blackjack/ Nice website, interesting games.

as online poker players ... we must always research and read a lot about the places we are going to play ... we all know or have ever heard of a lot of hackers ... and people who are swindling on the internet ... however there are very serious and responsible online poker sites that guarantee honesty in the game ... and when we understand and know well the dynamics of poker ... we know we can lose ... we all want to win and we do the possible to win ... but losing is also an option ... I believe in the honesty of the game ..!

This is a very pertinent topic and also one of the topics most commented on the forum. The impression is that the algorithm changes from time to time to be less perceptive to the average user. However, those who are constantly playing perceives that math is very dubious in relation to the variations that the software makes, because he is not informed if sampling is about their individual user (and table) of the played hands or about all users (and tables), that is, it opens gaps for randomness to act in any way she wants.

Hmm. This question is not so actually hard to explain and understund..
I don't think online is rigged, because in long run we have very much hand-scenarios, when we have "premium hands" vs 1 or more opponents, but flop-turn-river is totally passive/dry! And often I see videos on YouTube about rigged offline casinos, where dealers and some players cheat. But the chance, that we get "cooler" and not one but few one in short-run is very high. Only 52 cards, we can easy know what is the chance to get it, and of course termin "cooler" has different meaning depending for player styles, stakes, etc. Poker is fun :D

It is very true that all these doubts pass through our minds, but I am clear that those who complain about the rooms and if they are rigged is because they are simply bad players. Obvious myths to respect: Bad Bets, bots among other things make us think this.
Today we see the videos of professionals who suffer from the same variance that we realize normality, I always console myself is that if I lose doing it playing in the best way, of course everything leaves a teaching to improve my game.

Maybe not rigged, but I'm sure the rooms are full of Bots that benefit many cheating players, I also think that the rooms often favor players who have spent (deposited) a lot of money in the room, since it is not possible , so say that the variance is a determining factor in a poker hands, which for example in my case I lost 75% of my pair of Aces .. that is my way of thinking about the online poker rooms

I don't believe the sites are rigged.Even some of the arguments are hard to swallow. There was a someone named magic something that would post all his busted hands on youtube. Watching it is actually funny sometimes they are ten years old and his argument was that pokerstars would introduce cards on the flop to encourage players not to fold and then one of the players would always hit the runners.

Logically it doesn't make any sense. If I miss the flop why would I continue unless I am semi bluffing or bluffing. He was going off of the top preflop cards. He obviously hasn't shown any videos where he won the pots so it is very one sided.

I think this is one of the most well written articles period, let alone about online poker being rigged. There are a lot of myths that are addressed head on, with logical facts presented in a manner that should dis spell all doubt about the legitimacy of online poker.

However, one point that should be made is that the true risk of online poker does not live with the sites. It lives with those looking to exploit players - issues with bots and hackers exist in many forms, whether it was the bot scandal from PokerStars PLO game in 2015, the Party bot scandal from last year, or the suspected bot playing in the TCOOP final table from 2016.

Best advice - play your game and always be aware of your opponents. If you suspect a bot - know the clues and contact support!

Not having full access to the software of the online poker room server - we will not know for sure if there is any falsification. Only a very small group of people - programmers and administrators of a high level of access - have real information. For everyone else it's Black Box. You can study statistics, believe or doubt, but this will never be proof.

Ask yourself only one question. Will the manipulation of profit poker room? (without the risk of obtaining evidence of fraud in the players). Do not forget that we are talking about a multimillion-dollar business. Profitable business.

For me, the poker room remains fair - as long as it pays the players the money they won. This is the only thing that is easily verified and there is no doubt about the reliability.

Rigged?

Most are not.

Still, I restrict online play to low limits.

I have played for over 12 years online and only 1 year live and i can say that i feel that online poker at certain sites feels rigged to me. I've put in a lot of volume in the past 12 years online and although I've had some good cashes and wins the structure of most online games like unlimited rebuys and the rng makes it almost impossible to win consistently. I definitely prefer live vs online.

I think online poker is not rigged, I have seen incredible plays in live, like that happen in online poker.
But when you lose 3 or 4 days straight with bad incredible bad beats, it is normal to think that online poker is rigged, I have seen many players say that online poker is rigged, but the variance in poker is tough, if it was easy, we would all be professional gamblers, and would live poker.

Well this is something really complex to discuss.I don´t have real evidences but I suspect that as a way to control the players.

I still don't believe online poker is rigged but saw a very fishy hand today online.

AA raises pre flop and 1 player calls.

Flop comes Ad Jd 3s
Player acting in front of AA jams all in.

AA says "Hmmmm...." in chat and calls
His opponent show Kd Td.

The turn is a blank, and the river could you guess?
Well if you couldn't it was the Qd for the royal flush.

So yeah any diamond would have cracked the AA here.
But it was like we all knew it was coming, even the holder of the AA.
We had interesting conservation in chat about it and carried on.

To help balance this out with some hands I saw during live play today, there was one flop where all three cards were tens.

I think first you need to figure out what kind of game and this is our poker which can be both white stripes and black and I believe that online poker is safe.

In my opinion Online Poker is not rigged because the online room itself is not profiting from it but as it is ruled by a Random Number Generator (certified or not) we get bad beats only for our bad judgment and get bad beats just because we made a mistake when overestimating a pair of Aces or Kings and going all in with it at the very start of a tournament so if these Aces or Kings get crushed by 2-7 offsuit or 8-3 offsuit because someone dared to call all his stack with trash and got lucky to beat what we were holding it's not the online room who profits but the player who won that hand or tourney.

Badbeats are the result of our behaviour!

Well, mostly players who play live say: "If you play gazillion of hands live you will see such hand too". Yes, if you play live you need gazillion of hands, online - only one. And next one.

As for the RNG in different rooms, I have my own opinion. If this generator does not work with the bias for a particular player, then the fact that it works on a particular script can not be denied. So either this script has errors in the work, or the principle of its work sometimes causes me big questions.

I play a lot of live tourneys and have seen people pull off the impossible. As well I have pulled off a few miracles myself. My favorite hand is 3 5, and I have busted pocket AA, KK, QQ, and many other monster hands with it. And yes you guessed it, the tears started flowing. I was told I had no right to be in the hand with that junk as well as much worse. In just the last couple months I had KK busted by 7 9 off. I feel I made a 1000 raise in a 100-200 blind. In that case I just feel you can't beat stupid but it's their chips and they can play them any way they wish like I do my 3 5! But as far as the online poker goes if I go all in with AA preflop and some total idiot stays with 2 9 off I know they are going to catch before the cards are dealt hence AA is one of my least favorite hands online and for that matter don't care that much for it in live games for I loose more often than win with it.:D:D

yeah. some are prolly rigged more. Just mainly giving big stack an advantage so the tourny goes faster. Ive percieved it as big stack and short stack both.

If this is true about the sites speeding up MTTs to benefit the chip leaders, than holy shit it rigged right to source. OK first how would the RNG know who is the chip leader is a game unless its programmed to know that then **** ITS ALL RIGGED after that.

WOW if that could be proven then the flood gates would never get closed. If they can program the RNG to give a edge to chipleaders to speed up MTTS, then how in the world can anyone say its just rigged for that.

Its either 100% rigged or 0 % rigged (programming for action would = rigged) (edge for chipleaders to finsh MTTs faster = Rigged) Its all or none

I do not believe in the honesty of a casino since childhood. But in the subject of poker, I do not even pay attention to it. Thanks to your article, I learned that there were a lot of deceptions in Internet poker. Yet poker is so diverse a game, because here everything is decided not only by the dealer, but also by the behavior of each individual player.

Wow. 1st of all we as people will find a way to cheat no matter what it is in life we are discussing. So to think that these things aren't happening the way its been discussed is pure ignorance. Do i have any proof of this no. But you cant tell me that you dont have friends playing together online in the same viewing vacintity or area or coffee shop. You cant tell me that when you play online you dont or havent been on the phone with your buddy while playing. You cant tell me if they can these sites make alot more rake when you have 3 players staying after the flop because it hits everyone and ends up with 3 all ins after river in cash games to make that RAKE. If they are no bots then why sell bot software. I'm not fooled just cautious. I'm not mad or saying site is rigged but just aware of my surroundings. I play the game knowing all the rules to it. Its when you change the rules in the middle of the game that gets folks mad about the game So for the novice online player that gets mad and says the site is rigged , just educate yourself and read the article to make yourself aware of all that is out there

I agree. before blaming online poker, first look for reasons in yourself and your failures.
because a lot of great players are online, and that means the case in person and not in programs.
we create these programs so we have to win them.
online just trust trusted poker rooms.
tell yourself - I'm better than any bot and generator of numbers and win. you are the master of your chips, you are the master of your business.
and online poker should be and live. and our common task is to help online live and move
