And the longer levels - players lasted way longer with the deep stacks and long levels.
The Colossus will be nothing like this - should run pretty smoothly.

One of the things I would like to do in the WSOP is meet others from the CC team including CC rep, Ryan Laplante.
So as I am getting ready for my 2nd shot at the WSOP this month I decided to look back at my 2012 event. I was in deep when I got knocked out but actually watched this guy who took me out not only go way deeper but to the final table where he finished in 8th place. I went on the WSOP site and looked the the results of the event and found something interesting. Ryan Laplante was at that same final table in the event I played. Just found that interesting that the one Pro I am looking forward to meet if lucky I actually watched play all those years ago.

This keeps getting asked, I would suppose if most in this thread want it, we can all pitch in to make it happen. I think the problem is we all won't be playing the same day at the Rio, maybe a Tuesday lunch/dinner meet up might be better, we could all meet somewhere central on the strip or take a trip to freemont street (since mortis mentioned it) if that's in anyones baliwick. We're in Vegas , we can do what we want when we want
All you peeps mentioning it go ahead and chime in with suggestions and we can make a plan. I'm an early riser so a breakfast would be just as fine for me, but I'm sure that won't work with a lot of you younguns Also looked at food options around the rio, because if we did eat there it would be long waits due to that little event they're having. Ping Pang Pong is one of the top rated chinese restaurants in the country and is a few minutes walk from the rio.

I think the best we can do with everyone's schedules would be to try to meet at dinner break on the 2 Colossus days. Though I am not sure how easy that will be with so many on break at the same time.
Outside of that I have tournaments scheduled every single day - so it depends on early busts for me.

I'm playing the 200 tag team switch the 23rd at ph hollywood, I and Debi are going to do a repeat of last time we did this
26th I'm doing the Seniors deepstack at the rio
27th I'm playing the colossus
So depending on my run the 26th and 27th I will be at the rio, if I donk out of both, I'll be off playing cash games on the strip unless some firm plans are made before hand for breakfast/dinner

We don't get in until late Tuesday night. We will probably chill Wednesday and play the Colossus Thursday. I would probably play Friday at Planet Hollywood on Friday if I don't make it to day 2.
I say either the hash house for breakfast or sportsbook during dinner break could work on Wed or Thursday.
