I play because is entertaining and it is like a sport for me. More you train serious and you can have better results. I dont talk from books, i just see on my own experience.
My biggest wish is to make a living from poker one day!
Many give up along the way because of this. But, generally speaking, it is possible to live with some comfort just playing poker online, even with modest profits. It's just not as simple or glamorous as you think when you tell your friends.
I play to win, i play to develop my own game and i play to socialise - these are my three drivers for playing poker, i also enjoy seeing people develop and get better at the game, its the spirit of competition and pitting your skills against others that also attracts me and makes me play poker. Good Post this - its good to ask ourselves this question from time to time, especially if you are a person who plays regularly and goes on upswings and downswings.
I play as a hobby but I also would love for it one day to be my job but maybe that’s just a fantasy lol but yeah the potential of some extra funds is also nice
It is easily the best game in the world. It has everything. You need to learn and develop your game. You have to adapt and change your game. You need math and you have to know to deal with people. There are many different games and you can win money.
To have fun with friends, make small talk and have a good laugh.
No online to learn and try to earn some money.
But if you don't earn money, being with friends is worth a lot.
Since I was very young I have played cards, I love to play with friends and when I learned poker I really liked it !! And I enjoy it even more when I earn money
Poker is a sport that you must concentrate 100% and when you learn to play it you enjoy it a lot. The results come on their own after a long time. But I play poker because I like it and it makes me happy.
While winning money is great and all, I don't play poker for that reason. It is an added bonus if I make the money, but really I play poker for the fun of it. I love the intensity of the game and the strategy that comes into play. It's entertaining and for me, a great way to spend my day off after a very stressful and hectic week!
