The best way is to take a break in the game. Restore your psychological state. Watch movies about poker. You yourself will feel that the time has come to return to the game and that you are optimistic.:five:

I try to play through it. But when analysis says I have 86 % or better going into river. I keep
losing that hand. It often is a hand that cripples my stack in tournaments. All I can do is move on to the next hand like everybody else.

it is the nature law....

More than a thought of the mistake of the play, it is the feeling of anguish, that lump in the throat. It's hard to be able to play again immediately, I try to make it take a while to forget everything. When I'm calm again and hoping to do much better, I return with all the desire.:cool::cool:

it is best to take a few hours or a day, but I don't think it takes more time than that.

Hello, you can stop playing, and check your game, to see if you are making many mistakes, or just variance.
You can also put volume at a lower level, until you regain confidence.

Can't win them all..

When I lose, I accept it, if I played my normal game. Yesterday, got ITM in 2 tourneys, luck running really good. Prior to that, the last two Cchat freebies, I finished exactly last, one out of the money. Poker luck, comes and goes.

Then I just start playing freerolls. Especially after the bad beats
And then observe my games

Excitement

Most often, the loss is due to an incorrect reading of the opponent's hand. However, there are also factors such as excitement, or a bad mood, in such cases it is better to take a break and drink tea

What should we do when we are losing every day in poker? Best of how many days to play again What do you do when you are in a situation like this ??

Hi AKbadboyAK, it has been my experience that when players consistently lose it's usually because they're playing too many hands. Try tightening it up, and be aggressive on the fewer hands you do play.

I don't know if we're permitted to contact each other by email, or even how to find your email address, don't want to break any rules, but if you're still having the problem I think I can help. Let me know.

Hope it gets better

If I lose, I begin to review my game and look for the mistakes that I made. Usually, I immediately go to play on conditional chips in order to look for new ways to win, and increase my level of play.

When I lose at poker I go out and walk a little and I try to calm down because when I'm agitated I lose even more.

I definitely take a step back and avoid a bigger loss.

I get annoyed quite easily so that is something I am working on at the moment - controlling that tilt.

When I hit a losing streak I usually take time out and read a couple of books.
Doyle Brunson's "Super system" is good reading as is "Barry Greenstein's "Ace on the river" but one of I keep going back to is "The Mammoth Book of Poker" by Paul Mendelson, it gives good insight into all poker games like Omaha, Hold-em, Stud and 5 card draw among others and also gives tips on playing on-line Poker games.
Even differences between Tournament and cash game's. I find I will play more loose in a cash game's and see more flops as I can always buy more chips, but when your tourney life is on the line I usually tighten up.
I have seen some days when I have folded AA simply because the tourney was on the bubble and I didn't want to bust out of the money, a difficult decision but as it turned out it was the right one.

I fall into tilt and lose the bankroll in a casino. It’s not easy to get rid of addiction. Poker is also a psychological struggle. You need to work on yourself!

if you want to reach big goals you have to experience a lot of looses cause the long road to win is made from longer highways of loose. You have to lose resistance and just consistently keep playing unless you make great results!

i found that if i keep losing, i am doing something wrong. so i tend to make a mental note of what type of hands i am playing and find that i play way too loose. So i start playing mostly premium hands and once in a while i will play loose but making sure it doesnt cost me too much, just to change my game a bit.

Try to improve your game. If it doesn't work, then its time to pull back until you figure out the mistakes.

Oh man there are some sessions that defeat everything, you can play the most correct, but nothing to do. In one session I've been busted out from all Mtts or SNGs ... my aces get cracked, I raise UTG x3, MP 3bet "i'm happy", Button 4bet All-in. I call and MP too. me AA, MP 55, button AK. board Kx5KJ.
with QQ on a board 6Q6 i check raised the flop heads up i get called, turn another 6 i bet villain jam all in/ i call/ he has A7 / the river is another six. He win with Quads with Ace kicker
Another Mtt, my Aces get cracked with Q7off, All-in Preflop, he turned a broadway straight with his Q.
But "c'est la vie" ups and downs, always stay focus and hoping the best.

the best you can do is to take a break for 2-3 days to make up your mind and to calm yourself down. It's much harder to be successful in poker if you are upset while playing

Best way to stop losing - stop playing) Have a beer or two, relax and go to sleep. Never do that )) Hard to learn to stay calm when bad beats come one after another. I think it is individual, but not to play angry with risky cards is not the best way to seal the probleme:cool::cool::cool:

After i get badbeats in row i make a small break....Is hard to do this but is the best way to stop losing. Never play to try to get your money back...you will lose more. A break, forget what happend before and start a new session.

The most important thing is to understand the causes of regular defeats.
analyze your game, analyze your mistakes or variance. Try to play more tight, go only with strong hands and check the frequency of bad beats.

Of course you can take a break from poker for a couple of days, but if there are mistakes in your game, when you come back and start losing again, your condition will only get worse.

So always work on the game, if something does not work in the tactics of the game then change it, try new things, develop and everything will be OK.:)
