I find I win small and lose big. Maybe tilt but I have had my fair share of horrid suck outs thats for sure + a few donkey all ins as well. 3 months playing cash at 2NL & 4NL 8000 hand -$30

So I would say thats losing haha

a pro said to me when i was blaming bad beat he said get pen papper and mark down every bad beat and every time you hit on river it will even it self out over time

If by every day you mean a long streak of losing the it is your gameplay. Consider stripping yourself of what you think you know and starting from the very bottom. Dedicate time to study, personally I do it on a night time before bed so I can allow the information to process and then I will go over again quickly the following morning.

Act like you know nothing at all and try to learn EVERYTHING bit by bit and have a plan of attack. Strategy is key

I think you should check your hands, your game, your stack in each loss of the game and, especially, the position you were at the table at the time of the play, to see what can improve.

This is what I learned from listening to Garrett Adelstein. You have to learn to compartmentalized, if you are losing don't try to win back what you already lost. You have to start fresh. Say you lost 40% of your bankroll overnight, you have to let that go. Next day your new 60% of your bankroll is your 100% of the bankroll. You will set goals related to that new bankroll, instead of chasing the high of where you fallen from.
