MTT is best by far. Less risk more reward.

I have always had better results from playing in the MTT tournaments. I hate cash games because I always lose in them.

Hello.
I play in MTT tournaments, usually on pokerstars and ACR. Cash games bring me only losses.

It is better to try everything and choose what you like more.

I like to play tournaments. When I know that I have a lot of free time.

I usually only play MTT as I have made the most money while playing them.

I have played some cash games, but never made that much. I have started lately to play fixed limit cash games, as I read an article to play NL in MTTs and play FL in cash, as when you are on a losing streak playing FL you won't lose that much, yea I won't win much either, but I never win that much playing NL cash game, so what does it matter :D

Hi.
CIS tournaments, where the clearest you can maintain a stable plus.
Cash personally I have blocked, it's not mine . spin and go ,blocked . MTT tournaments are played purely for fun.

Yes, I also think that for me to play MTT is more profitable than in a cash game. But the main and very big minus in the MTT game is that you have to be ready to play for a long time in one session, it’s impossible to interrupt the game, you have to be physically and psychologically ready for this. You should also understand that tournaments are more varied than cash games. As for tournaments in the CIS, they are even more dispersed than tournaments.

I can't say that MTT tournaments or cash games are better for me, some people like to play tournaments and other cash game players, it is very good for me to play cash games when I have a bankroll for a game so I can 2-3-4 open a couple of tables, I like play different kinds of games and in tournaments and cash games, but only for tournaments I need to find free time to play and in a cash game I can play at any time!

MTT Tourneys are best IMO to play. Little risk for big reward compared to Cash Games.

Cash games if you want to get better at poker.
MTTs if you want to get a cool pop-up trophy and message saying "Congrats, [site username] you took 1st for place for [monies]!"

Sorry, cash game grinders. You might be better poker players, but have you ever felt the glory and triumph of getting through thousands of players in a 7 hour, .25 MTT and taking home 1st place for $22.48?

Maybe it would be interesting, although Conor again not so many chances, Khabib is clearly better, he certainly does not get high, does not drink alcohol and drugs, he knows who he is and what he wants!

If you're looking for a big payoff, then tournaments are the way to go. And most of the big tournaments have satellites as a low entry fee into big tournaments.

For me, cash games are a waste of time because winnings can't really change your life. But winning a big tournament could change your life for better or worst.

Of course it only counts if you remember to take a screen shot of that pop-up trophy! DOH! :banghead:

I actually prefer cash games, though I played a lot of tournaments too. The problem that I have with tournaments is the time factor. The better you do, the longer you will have to play, I just don`t like that I cannot quit whenever I want to.

I play both. I do better when I don't play too aggressive. Recently I won $950US in a knock out tournament, finishing 120th out of about 12,000 players. That's the best I've ever done.

Both has its pros and cons. It depends on what you prefer.

Cash: You are straight up playing with your money here but you can get in and out whenever you feel like it.

Tourny: You are playing with chips which can be translated into virtual money once you break into the bubble. But it's obviously longer and you have to stick around.

I personally prefer cash tables.

Hi.
Currently, I play only in tournaments. In cash games, I lose money very quickly. In my opinion, playing in tournaments is easier than in cash games.

I'm having the same issue. If I get tilted and try to build back bankroll in cash I just end up losing more. I enjoy tournament play a lot better and like the challenge of the long term game. I also find I do much better in Live play than Online.
