if we are talking about +- normal limits, then very often logic can greatly increase the level of understanding of the post-flop game, I guess logic is not the last thing in poker. though at micro-limits/freerolls you can forget about it, because there people have the feeling that people do not play poker, but guessing games

Self-restraint has been a challenge for me personally, and I've often found myself busting out of tournaments before reaching the money.
