I was loosing with AA many times. This is poker and especially if you play online, where everything can happen and you can win with any hand and loose even with AA.
Also want to say, that AA is not so good in the pot against a few opponents. You need to raise it preflop, because it,s not good at all to play with AA against couple of the players. Just try to raise preflop and play it against 1 or 2 palyers.

There is nothing to be done! AA lose, but more often you will win with them!

Hi There

If you weigh the times you win with AAs against what you lose you certainly will see
a more winning games. Definetely
Thats why you must go all in no matter what

Oh yea happens all the time. I see it often whether its me or someone else. It's a hot or miss because if you raise they might fold or if you slow play em then the chances of losing go up from not raising and thinning the herd out. Good luck.

Happens, if you go against JTs for exemple, you has 80% equity, 1 in every 5 hands you will lose

but sometimes its ridiculous, yesterday i had an AA and lost against A9o hahaha. trip nines on the flop. But it happens too much more online, because of the hand volume. If you go to a Casino and spend a day playing, you will recive X hands, if you play online you will recive 5X hands, so if you get 1 AA live, you get 5 AA online. And sometimes you will lose

I am not going to play everything with a pair of A because for me it is a very loser the times I play I lose but if I have a pair of K I risk everything since the K is to come out more at the tables !!!

And this strategy is working for you?

Losing with AA

Hi There,

Yeah that has happened to me, going all-in and losing with AA. Now I just raise to see the flop but if a player decides to go all-in then I will follow of course. Most times when I do lose with AA it usually is a straight, with the river completing the str8 of course!

I tell myself that it's better that they out-lucked me than if they had actually outplayed me.

The AA opening them from the button vs the bb will almost always lose to a xreise it has already happened to me several times, and if on the tour they are still aggressive I think the best thing is to surrender them because the rival possibly on all the rivers they go there, I think that I will be losing against sets and doubles, and that the rival knows that I have a high pair and wants to make me stake it now if the opponent is normal short I stake them.

It will pass after a day or 2. Algorythm has to work it in at some stage.

That's the same thing I keep telling myself. I believe it was Daniel Negreanu that I once heard say "If the only way you ever lose is by catching a bad beat, then you must be doing something right". There was a time when those words used to bring me comfort. Not so much anymore.

No Bologna

Happened to me twice last Thursday, 2 tournaments. First off, I didn't bet the all in, I called. Both times opponent had QQ. Both times they hit a 4 outter for a straight on the river. (fishy)

Well, in a heads up all in pot even if you have something like 80% odds of winning before the flop, that still means you're gonna lose an average of 1/5 of the time. So I guess don't ignore the other 4/5 times and don't just focus on this one time you lost!

i am actually less angry when i lose goind all in preflop with AA compared to when i lose because i play a hand badly . because with the AA scenario there is nothing that you did wrong
