If you raise BIG pre, matey's going to call with his awesome implied odds hand and fold to most cbets. Just make sure you don't go broke post, and you will be winning money like this, no need to make a hand.

Example: Nit minraises/limps UTG, I make it BIG, he calls, I cbet 1/2 pot, he folds. If he calls or raises I'm done with the hand. To be clear, this is vs an unimaginative nit.

I play 6max 50NL, so maybe my advice isn't overly pertinent in your case. However, I am finding I agree with WV, and I know he plays FR.

I care :knuddel: If I were you, I would give it a whirl. I look at your stats while you're not looking. I think you have the ability the technique and the know how to play 25-50.

Never ever ever ever get in a game scared. Campbell this is not a level as you call it. I am being serious take it or leave it. You are a good player!!!! If you play the same as you play now in the higher stakes you will do fine. If you go into the higher stakes thinking all these players are gods or that they are better than you, It will be a failure. You need to either stay at the level you are at now or some how find the confidence to realize you are a good player and can play the higher stakes. Heck I play the stakes you plan on moving up to and I suck. Believe me though there are a lot worse than me on them tables.

nothing really to speak of, played a bit of 25nl.. got used to the money jump pretty quick and back to playing optimally (by my standards)

working on improving my preflop game, but only really practicing at the 10/5nl tables and being solid most of the time at 25nl.

current bankroll: 677.62.
