TBH Jurn it takes massive courage to post a losing graph. Most players that are losing just try to hide it, fair play.

Yeah I don't like showing my negative graph. Its positive with rakeback and at my current stake, but it was negative at the higher stake I used to play (very, very negative)

What do you guys think of this laydown? This many people calling preflop, surely there would have to be a King out there.... After seeing the showdown, I remembered that I was at 5NL...

I know, I was getting good odds to call, but with 3 people to act behind me and with that board...

first of all you should leave out results so it doesn't affect the responses you get

second of all your preflop 3bet is really really ridiculously small, you're not even allowing a small pair to make a mistake by calling. i would be making it .75 at the very smallest, but probably larger still. frankly i love playing against guys who make transparently tiny 3bets with AA. it's the wrong way to go for just about every reason

finally i don't see how on earth you fold to a ~1/3 pot donkbet with AA just because there's 3 other players in the pot. there's only 6 cards between them and 2 Ks left in the deck. someone could have a K sure, but that's a pretty bad fold imo. also a K is probably checking to the 3bettor the majority of the time rather than leading out. if you get that scared with AA facing 3 players then... uh, that's even more reason to not make such a tiny 3bet preflop!!!! you practically begged them all to call by giving them amazing odds, you asked for this situation

this should probably be a fold pre unless you think you can profitably make plays to take the pot away a decent amount of the times that you miss. it's possible that's the case, all you can really do is be honest with yourself about it though. set-mining OOP vs. a wide range pretty much can't show a profit on its own

doesn't him being a spewtard mean it's going to be that much harder to win the pot when you miss though? unless you're prepared to make some sick reads or something. if you rarely win the pot unless you hit your set, and he has a wide range which frequently won't stack off even when you do hit it (even accounting for the fact that he might overvalue some weak top pair/middle pair hands if he's spewy), you probably can't play it profitably OOP, that's basically what i'm saying.

not putting this out there as gospel or anything but that's always been my take on it. would be interested to hear what FP/belgo/etc think about this. (i know you didn't post the hand for analysis to begin with, but i can't help myself)

I don't think that I really told you just how much a spew tard he is. Anyway screenie of the hand and table, 2 new players waiting for the blinds, and I've been waiting for this table for just under an hour, and from what i've seen he is just some guy either on super tilt or a higher stakes player just blowing off steam.

I don't think I ever am gutsy enough to play a big pot with 22 UI post with him, so basically if I don't hit my set I don't win the pot, no point saying that I have anything else up my sleeve against him, especially OOP.

Site is enteraction, and I'm basically bonus whoring a bit, hence the hitten screenname.

Fun fact: over the last 30k hands I played at 100nl, I've been on a nice heater and beat it at 6 BB/100. Yet in the middle of it there's a 10 buy-ins downswing. You got to love the variance in this game... :)

I just cant win anymore!

BR has gone from 2k to 340 and i have gone from 50nl now looks like I am forced back to 10nl LOL!!

Come on dude, I lost 2K out of my BR mostly because of tilting and poor BR management since feb-march but still managed to withdraw 2,1 K in those months @20NL mostly.

While playing 4 tables and trying to read opponents with more than just stats, maybe you can just try that...maybe you don't make good decisions 6 or 9 tabling etc. and you can try with 4, it's not boring at all you can play more hands

Because you know now??? This month PTR has you playing stakes from 2nl to 1000nl. There's no way that fits into proper BRM...

yea, he posted a graph of that episode. 25k hands of micro followed by one (drunken?) night of midstakes.

Someone let me know when PT3 has updated for pokerstars new tables so I can play again, please. :s:

They put out an update that night before Stars update that was suppose to have worked and since I see no one on the PT3 boards complaining about it I assume it works. 3.06.2 I think is the newest release and it should work.

Yeah, they updated that update twice in a day I think. :) Pretty sure the newest one should solve your problem though.
