In my opinion, all-in jacks and kings is the right thing to do. I think I was just unlucky in the tournament. I'm not a pro but on the other hand, folding these couples on bubble is also right. It all depends on your propensity to resist the temptation to invade kings. Many times I have lost that way . A JJ Might be easy fold , QQ you might think a little , but KK ?? Wtf are you going to play then , only AA ?! Ofcourse ITM icm is a b*** , but I tend to call , it depends on the situation.
