My reasoning for the raise is two fold.
1. I'm likely to be ahead anyway.
2. I've mentioned before a Gavin Smith quote "I just bet, nobody ever hits anyway." To me, that statement is deeper than it's delivery. In select situations with small PP's I can represent AA post flop, if it feels right, because of my PF raise. Especially with a small board. It works. If the board starts getting bets, oh well.
If I raise and get re raised, then I fold. But calls be good.

Well using this argument you may as well start raising 67s type hands as well since you can pick up decent equity with them more often, nobody will have a hand that connects with small boards in your ep raising range so you'll get paid off when you do hit by some top pair and overpair type hands and you can still blow people off hands by repping a strong range.
