Can ICM make you fold AAs?

Of course, AA doesn't guarantee that you will win. It all depends on the situation at the table.

Maybe AA is a fold in some ICM situations. If the pot goes multiway, chances of Aces getting cracked increases.

Against one opponent, I am not folding Aces even on bubble.

Never!! In satellites, it is ok to fold AA sometimes, but in a regular tournament, never folding aces preflop!
That's why we need to have a solid bankroll management: to not be afraid of bubbling the tournament, specially with the best hand preflop!
The goal is win chips, so that we increase the chance of winning the tournament. The goal should be to win the tournament, not just min-cash.
