Take his chips. No honestly you just have to pick a value hand and take him to town. If you flop a value hand just keep betting and taking the chips. If its preflop you may want to take a calculated risk against him. I'm not saying just call if you have AKs but depending on the stack size he has and what point you are in at the time it maybe worth it to take a higher variance stand. If he has 20 BB and shoves again and is a maniac calling with pocket tens or AQ maybe an option. It will depend of how crazy he is pushing.
