I would like to know if these PS satellites with small and hyper-blinds help to improve, because they have a lot of clutter, are they worth playing, or is it better to start playing in micro buy-in?
Freeroll tournaments help you build a bankroll from nothing. It is a great way to start without spending any of your own cash.

I find freerolls very tilting tbh, and overall messes with my gameplay. players do anything and everything in these games. Sit n go's and micros are a better bet for beginners (I'm still a beginner myself as my mental game sucks at the moment but woking on it)

In my opinion, the best thing is to start with the freerolls, build your bankroll and play in parallel on the micros, success

Freerolls from cardschat really helped me learn to play poker and build a bankroll.
