Meh.
The bad is really bad for HU players where PTR availability has pretty much killed the action between regs. But it's not a huge deal for 6max or full ring.
What I would really like is that the publically available version of PTR would not show the results of losing players. There's really no point in shaming the fishes into not playing any more. Or something like sharkscope where you can opt out.
As for the selling of HH. I don't think it has such a major impact on the games. and it's not like PTR invented the concept. They just made it more publically available.
The good, on the other hand, is undeniably good.
