Hello,
I received the GET10K star code on my email adress.
I used it two days ago, and it still doesnt do anything.
I can use it again and again, at always says the same, that I will be informed when the code has been activated.
Only if I activate it right after I did it already, it Says that it has already been used. But after a few minutes I can enter it again and It says the first message.

Can you help please?
Somebody else facing this problem?
I already contacted the stars support a day ago but they seem not to reply at all...

I've seen a list of December Misromillions tournaments and ALL tournaments are NLHE. Not a one single HORSE tourney, not to mention separate HORSE games. Not even Omaha!
I know NLHE is by far the most popular and has to be vast majority of any poker festival's content; but there have always been at least several tournaments for us others. This time we got one big NOTHING!
You blew it, Amaya/pokerstars!

I may be an extreme, but I know there are much more people besides me who have a serious liking for one or more other games. How could we articulate ourselves and attract their attention?

I have problem with some slots game in casino,i should got money when i got bonus game but my tablet was frozen and i got nothing,it pass 2 weeks from that,they send me hand history and i found this game.but 7 days they dont email me,this is strange for them,usually they r fast even dont have live chat.

same thing happend to me,y was in game slots with smth around 70$ and they froze my money,couldn`t play anymore ...they relased my money after 1 week or so...

One of the few remaining reasons for me to favor Stars were the HORSE, STUDs, and Omaha tourneys.

Then they went and made any tourney, including private games, a minimum 20K buy-in.

I have 5 or 6 mill myself, that is not the issue. Thanks for the offer.

The changes they made at the beginning of October would all fail the 'dj test for customer satisfaction'.

I wonder if AMAYA has considered going to a subscription model. They could probably pull that off in the US.

And even more bizarre is when someone sitting out raises. That is definitely not Real poker.

It is not allowed in live dealt games.
(sometimes gets debated in home games, but heck we're all friends and can come to some mutual agreement).

Most online sites though do appear to let it happen. (perhaps the coding is too difficult for them).

Sorry, I put this in the wrong thread. My bad. (It was about ACR) PokerStars actually handles sit-out properly! That is one of the things I like about PokerStars.

Only the last chips folding part handled properly, they still have the bizarre sitout raise problem. Most commonly seen when Big Blind goes from Sit Out to Raise.

I don't think it's only for you, I've been having some issues also even though as these problems arise I'm able to do absolutely anything else internet related.

they'll never admit a problem on their end however.

STARS SERIOUSLY! Constantly getting disconnected and having server issues ongoing for a month pretty much all day everyday now... Are you guys paying the bills? It looks really bad on your end and do you guys even give a damn anymore?
