I don't see them in the replayer. Do I need to have something setup somewhere? Are there some circumstances that they show up, and other circumstances that don't show?

You can only see them if there was a showdown and they chose to muck.
If they folded before showdown, you will not be able to see them.
Also, you will have to be part of the table. If you did not get a hand dealt at that table, you will not be able to see it either. So if you are just an observer, or new at the table and didn't get a hand yet, you will not see anything.

That's always been a mystery to me too.

I play real money (.com) games on my computer all the time, and the hand replayer usually shows me the mucked cards (unless the player has turned that option off in Settings/Gameplay/(Show / Muck hands). I can see mucked cards in games that I'm not registered in as well.

I've also got Stars on my ipad and my Android phone. I have no idea how to tell whether they are the .com or .net versions except that if it allows me to play real money games (which my iPad does and my Android phone does not), then I know for sure that it is the .com version.

.com and .net appears on my phone differently. They have their unique names for that.

Lately pokerstars is "updating" too often and always something funny happens after the "update".

Perhaps someone is fooling us around or is it a system problem ?

I have opened account at PokerStars. I have lost my access to my email and all passwords and I have informed Pokerstars and opened new account. I have received email from PS that my explanation was accepted, my VIP status was all transferred to my new account.

Here is the letter:

Dear M****,

We are writing to confirm that we are now in receipt of your documentation and explanation. The documentation and explanation have been reviewed and we are pleased to inform you that these have been verified and accepted.

Thank you for complying with our request, your effort is greatly appreciated.

Your Stars Account 'M********' has now been fully reinstated and you may log in at your earliest convenience. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you experience any further difficulties with logging in.

We thank you once again for your co-operation.

Yesterday I was playing $0.25 45 players tourney, I had AK against all in when message came up "your playing privileges have been revoked", I was able to finish my hand (went all in and won) and then I was sat out for the rest of tourney. After that my account was frozen completely. I have contacted PS to no reply as of yet.

It is very frustrating as I am a poker addict at this stage already, I love PS tourneys, I have half a day free today and I cannot play.

What do you think about all of this situation? Can you please advise?

Don't worry bud, these things happen. They will take about 24h to come back to you. It is probably connected with your old account, some misunderstanding. But you could try to ask them back for your $0.25 thou. And don't worry, there still will be games going on, after today too. If you really want to play today - just register in some other poker site - like 888, partypoker, or any other, there are plenty available. GL to you!

I have asked mods to move it to VIP thread maybe one of PS reps will be able to help me out. In a meantime I am playing at 888 but to be honest so far I am not impressed by choice of tourneys and graphics...

To tell which version you have look a a screen shot of one of your hands, or start up Poker Stars and sit at a table and if you have a star like in the pic below then you have the dot net version just like Mikesealcoat.

Also if you look at Kenzie in this pic, he has no star that indicates the dot net version, and he is a US player, obviously he is using the dot com version.

If a hand goes to showdown I can always see the folded hands if I am on that table, it is the hands that you are on the rail for that you can't see the mucked hands in the replay.

I don't know about iPad version, I have the mobile App, but the people in the USA cant use the mobile version as they can't play poker with real money, and the play money games do not show up on the mobile version so the mobile app is no good for them.

I'm not sure that PS Rep will answer him since he is far away from this thread for a long time. Besides that, I have some strange feeling that's something very bad happens with PokerStars cause it looks like that they are in complete mess. I'm really not sure what's happening with their technical support cause almost every day some problems jumps.

Finally was able to upload the new Pokerstars update.

Very tricky, needed to uninstall it first and then install again. I hope next Time is easier.

I have problem with some slots game in casino,i should got money when i got bonus game but my tablet was frozen and i got nothing,it pass 2 weeks from that,they send me hand history and i found this game.but 7 days they dont email me,this is strange for them,usually they r fast even dont have live chat.

Hi all just a quick update on my frozen account: PokerStars explained to me that I had to gone through verification process and that it is a standard procedure. I still do not think it is right to block my account mid-hand mid-tourney... It is a bad practice but it seems they, as an absolute monopolist, are not very much concerned about small details like that. Anyway I sent another set of documents and yesterday received a laconic e-mail from PS:

Hello M*******,

Your main account was reinstated.

I play at poker stars but have one complaint regarding the log off/site close down "X"
Being a dozy bastard I many times close down the site by mistake is there anyway for a reminder box to popup and ask if you really want to close the room or do you want to continue playing

I would like to ask whether anyone has a problem with mobile app poker stars, lately with me is very strange that every day when I want to play via mobile phone immediately asked to do the update, then I lose a lot of time I can not get to register for tournament cardschat, it was all fine until a few weeks ago, now every day looking for the same, I deleted the application and then reinstall the same again but the same situation, can anyone give me some advice about the application because many times I have to play the tournament via mobile phone

Really disappointed at the changes over the last few years on the site. I used to play a lot of the freezouts, capped field tourneys, no / limited late registration. Everything is geared at profit for the company and not the players.

I don't understand why someone sitting out can win a hand. It isn't a big problem when they have chips because you can bet and it folds them. But when they are all in with their chips, there is nothing you can do about it. But if they are not there, they should not be able to win a hand at all. If a player is not at the table, their cards should be folded, no matter of position or chips.

And even more bizarre is when someone sitting out raises. That is definitely not Real poker.

Sorry, I put this in the wrong thread. My bad. (It was about ACR) PokerStars actually handles sit-out properly! That is one of the things I like about PokerStars.
