I felt a little sad today at the time of this posting. Between 5PLO8 and 600PLO8 there are zero players seated.

I sat down at 25NLO8 short and it's very lonely. That's pretty low traffic for Saturday around 6pm est.

I got to play all of about 3 hands on ACR thanks to the Jivaro Free Buy email they sent me for trying out Jivaro which I like and will probably subscribe to. Then AKs lost to QTo all in. Oh well.

I must admit it is a bit disheartening to hear so much negative about ACR and to see that their reps dont respond to peoples concerns here.

I am pretty happy with Stars and have gotten my fair share of suck outs going my way. I no longer feel like there is anything funny going on although the amount of hands determined on the river is a bit sick!

It is part of a long list of player suggestions kept in a No-Name department with no assigned employees. It is in the bottom drawer of a locked file cabinet designated for "Not To Do" lists.

Check back through this thread's posts to find out how long this very same question & many others have been asked through the years by players with no progress ever reported.

I have started reporting ACR on various security sites as browser hijacking adware. Maybe the IT department will get a big laugh from that. I know I did.

The staking for the tournaments and the sit and gos seems on average a bit high and needs more 1-2$ buy in games

A 1$ hyper turbo heads up sit and go would be nice. Also I haven’t played S&Go2 yet but it looks pretty bad from the initial video.

I have yet to deposit on ACR. I did however sign up during the free $20 new signup bonus period. Does this disqualify me from any of those first deposit rewards?

I noticed this in the terms and requirements :

• ONLY new players are eligible, and only on computers which have never been used for Americas Cardroom Real Money Play.

So if I've used that $ to play on my current laptop, am I disqualified or still eligible.

I’ve been playing this website for about 6 months and ignition 6 months before that. I’ve lost all faith in online poker. The variance on these sites are so far on the bad side it’s ridiculous. Push all in and get called by a bad door flush or straight draw and I get snapped. I’ve literally had my last 5 flopped sets get beat by 4 cards flushes that played identical with same suit diamonds. If you have a casino near you don’t play this online garbage. I’ll never invest money on this site again. If you can run up CC freerolls just cash out and take the money. Playing in their tournament is like playing someone who can see your cards and knows what cards are coming.

Huge Action continues in October at Americas Cardroom

That is only half true. You cannot play cash or tournaments on your mobile platform.

Today, I've found out that my ACR account was suspended. And the support tells me it is not eligible to play from different accs even on MTT. Have you changed your T&C? Can I please play at ACR using my main account (ACR, gdata3, **mod edit: removed email**)? If I'm not mistaken, this account is verified.

If you want, you can close my PokerKing account. If I can choose then it's better to play at ACR than PokerKing.

Icould only minimize.or X out, none of the other options.would work. No cashier, could not.log in or check.rewards, could not check cash games or tourneys, nothing. I now have ACR mobile but I don't like playing on my phone. Can't get bcp download mobile to open. Meantime... Ignition.and intertops gladly accept.my coins. Any ideas WTF happened?

Hello, I am the ACR Rep. Regarding the situation with the desktop software version, could you please provide me more details, are you still having issues with it? Do you get any error message? What OS (operating system) do you have? Please let me know so I can better assist you. Also, to clarify there is no mobile version for Black Chip Poker, it is only available for Americas Cardroom. Please let me know and I will help you out.

This is kind of weird and haven't seen this happen before. I just logged into the client and went to look for the games I usually play on the weeknights.

Everything between 7pm ET to 10pm ET are missing, or so I thought. I have the Tournament tabs set to ALL types and ALL stakes. When I click on the Private tab, they are all there. They are just not showing up under the ALL tab.

EDIT: Going back to the ALL tab and if the Private game is in Late Reg, they will appear. Something wonky there.
