If I defrauded somebody to win $16k and I had even the slightest chance of actually getting the money, Id shut the hell up and do what the hell they ask. Jesus your arrogant. look i get it ok i was wrong. fine but it's been a week now and just today i got another email asking me for statements from a different bank account at a different bank. so i'm over this thing they can keep the money for all i care now i just want to get back on the tables and play and i'll win again like always or if theyre going to ban me permanently for what happened oh well just tell me and stop making me wait i feel like this is dragging on too long. grrrrrrrrrr fyi i have been sending statements and everything for the whole week i think they have enough now to make a decision and whatever the outcome i'll deal with it. oh and i made my first deposit on PS today so guys look out. His account hasnt been reinstated and even though they collected the money from his bank account which they are entitled to do he still breached the TOS which means they dont have to give him the money he won. So my point remains referring to his last post that even if he has to jump through hoops he should without bitching about it. Hes lucky to have the opportunity to regain money which some wouldnt have to opportunity to do so

I am, but if you are, as soon as he shows his bank statement it will pan out.
If he was out to scam them, he woulda played thru the deposit and winnings before they found out the funds were not there.
To absolutely slam him right now I think is wrong. FT has their money.
He just needs to do the ID verification thing for the rest.

Listen Im not gonna speak for everyone, only for myself. Yes my post was prob harsh, but others on CC are much more blunt. Also I think I was a bit encouraging in the latter part of my post to him. I told him to stop bitching about the emails and verification because Iam right. Its that simple. The fact that he has a opportunity to regain the money after breaching TOS is a good thing. So dont bitch about it just do what they ask. Thats also the only thing I was referring to in my comment to him. Thats my only point. Done with this thread now.

Ok one more thing. Who deposits money on a poker site to sit there and just blow through the money. If that was the case anyone would just play free chips. He sat to win money. So if he did by binking a tourney or winning big at cash, he still essentially scammed them knowing the money was not in his account.

You say you've deposited 15x in one post, last deposit as in late 2007 or early 2008 but there's no record of you playing on Fulltilt prior to late 2009?
15 deposits, never a problem but only 46 tournaments played ~60sng & ~800 hands on cash tables.

Looks to me like you luckboxed a 2nd in a 'SuperTurbo' 'Rush' tourney for $15k, on 'borrowed' money.

Sometime back i had my Email account hacked, i sent out a mass Email on it, FTP Locked my account down till i had to give them everything they asked for, I had to get a bank account, send a photo with me holding my photo ID card, get a new Email account, this took about 4 days.
Just wait, i don't see why everyone wants to rush everything, even if you have to send in your the whole bank statement, for the month.
It will all pan out in the end, just keep your head up high and wait.

Sounds to me like they want to see when he transferred the money into the account he depo-ed to FT from. That might be the deciding factor in whether he gets to keep the winnings or not?
The issue here is whether this was just dumb or corrupt. It's difficult to decide without knowing all the facts and presumably Tilt will get to the bottom of it. If the OP only transferred the money into the account to cover his deposit after he won the $16k they might decide that it's questionable whether he would've done it without that win and withhold the winnings.

now i am just getting automated responses. lol what a ****ing joke. first they said i wasn't doing anything illegal. ok then they wanted to see my statements its been 2 days and still nothing from them-just stupid automated responses. so sick. i am a little impatience but i need something better than " we'll contact you shortly" and its been 2 days. my friends accounts r still suspended even though they found out that we never played same tourneys, tables, nothing so now i have no clue as to what to do next. theyre just not returning my emails.

Your problem is not there priority. They get to things when they can. If u cant be patient for 16k then you got issues partner. Its 16k damn dude. Thats alot of cheddar.
