wow the first e-mail sounded great but though it was unusual to handle it that way . after second e-mail it sounds like security is gonna be a lot tougher unless they see a deposit to your account in march or that you had the money when you first deposited it but not when they went to get it .
a partial statement should have worked .

Lol alot of us play on full tilt and stars. Keep your eye on the get a game going section. I am trying to every saturday night get an invasion where we all jump in a sng and place a buck side bet on lasts longest, it would be great if you joined. If you search invasions it will give you an idea of how we do it.

Oh and when you have been here a bit, you will see why you got the reaction that you did.

Usually the invasions are done in the evenings. We just pick a SNG to get into, so whoever is running it will give details and tournament ID closer to start time. Check out the Get a Game Going section and you'll get an idea of what to look for.

Also, glad to see that things are working out w/ FT, and that you're not a crook or anything. Still, it was a dumb thing to do, so hopefully you'll not be doing it again. Good luck with getting the $16k.

Looks like you just kinda managed some things badly without sinister intentions. The girlfriend playing on your acct was one thing that may still have repercussions from any poker site, they are very clear about this stuff in the TOS, which you agree to when you sign up. If they dont nail you for this, dont let it happen anymore. Your GF needs her own account.

I dont think you get it.

You bank account is not like Schrödinger's box. Either there is money in it or there is not. You do not exist in a wealthy/broke state provided you dont look at the balance.

Unfortuantly for you, you were broke at the time you tried to deposit and now suffer the consequences of that.
