Why are people so quick to pounce on new comers and judge them as bad all the time !
When I first joined CC, I made a simple post simply asking if you 'could you anyway change your name on Fulltilt?' as you can imagine I got a load of sarcastic comments saying no and why would you wana etc...
A week later I get my name changed :dancing:

Now people on here are not quick to pounce and judge people, the fact of the matter is at least 2-3 times a week people come in here complaining about a site without any emails or other things to back up what they are saying. This site can do freerolls and money added tourneys because the partner up with the poker sites, and if we allow people to keep coming in here and bad mouthing those sites with out reason then they could just as easely drop us. By his own addmission he was cheating he said they would check down pots or avoid big pots against each other that is colluding and will get your account closed.

I avoid pots againts people I know, if I know what theyre likely to do after I make a move, maybe its different for online than live.

I soft play a few players especially certain administrators/moderators of a few forums. This is without their knowledge but If I am found to be colluding they will be ban too. Guess I'll stop.

For a moment, let me assume that the situation is exactly what OP says. My guess is it isn't but, for the moment......

I consider all my CC friends, friends. Does that put me, and all my friends in jeopardy? I also admit that I sometimes don't bet 'by the book', which could be seen as soft playing. While pc69 takes the hard line, I'll take the softer line of, we need more info.

I have no idea what the little poker child is saying...But yea grossberger i did and they said they could not reveal that. We did not raise each other off good hands but we tried to avoid pots with each other like ppl do in real casinos by checking it down. Definitely not immoral and we r in college together so its not the same room but maybe same IP but they didnt let us play one table so we played 2 and they always put as at different tables to start so they had to know what was going on for months.

All conversation at an active ring game or tournament table must be conducted in English except in country specific tournaments, where players and observers may chat in English or the primary language of that country (e.g. in tournaments limited to players in Germany, players may chat in German or English). Only chat in English and the primary language of that country are permitted in such tournaments. In all other cases, chat is limited specifically to English. Any other chat in languages besides English may result in the suspension of a user’s chat privileges.
12. Players must adhere to the rules outlined in our Terms of Use.
13. In games with blinds, the big blind will always advance clockwise to the next player at the table. The small blind will be given to the seat of the player who paid the previous big blind. If the player in the big blind leaves the table, there may be no small blind on the next hand. The button will normally progress to the seat that was the previous small blind.
14. If there is a split pot, not equally divisible by the number of players left in the hand, the 'extra' chips will be awarded one at a time to the remaining players, starting with the player closest to the left of the button.
15. In Fixed Limit games, bets are limited to 4 during each betting round - the initial bet plus 3 raises.
16. Players who do not act on their hand in time will time out, their hand will be check-folded, and their status will be changed to "Sitting out".
17. Full Tilt Poker reserves the right to modify or revise the Rules at any time, without notice to Players. Such amendments will become effective immediately upon being listed on the FulltiltPoker.com website. It is the Players' sole responsibility to review the Rules and Policies, and remain abreast of any changes.

This is called having a 'read' on somebody.
I play with alot of people on here all the time, Cards I will play or moves I make against one player will not necessarily be the same for another player.
This is not the same thing as 'soft playing'.

For guys like me, fairly new to the serious online scene, this is a great thread.
It lets me know that playing poker is taken seriously and any funny business can have grave consequences.

OP, it looks like you were cheating and were either unaware of it or you are pretending to be ignorant of the fact that you were. Stick66's post really helps show that. Maybe I read the graphs wrong, maybe FT is wrong, maybe you'll get you money back. You havent shown all the emails or posted any HH or really anything to help you gain credit here except post your own perception of what happened.

Im still new here and havent been really flamed yet for any posts. Ive poked fun here and there and been poked back at but overall I've treated very well and my game has drastically improved. So fot those of you that think this place is full of meanies take a step back and consider how many people charge in here, post some questions and situations expecting to be given the secret answers to poker stardom. It has to SUCK to get those posts day in and day out.
