Just a quick note to close this issue. I got a cryptic e-mail back from GGPoker Support that seems to suggest that they have some sort of automated system to verify documents, which it would appear failed in my case. They verified the account "manually" (which I assumed they did regardless) after I started querying them on the matter. Again not a warm and fuzzy feeling, but I guess their automated system must work most of the time.Bad news - it took 3 days to get "verified". There was some kind of glitch on their end with online submission of documents. Once it was clear their system was hung up, I e-mailed the document that was hung, and got verified almost immediately. Nobody on their end was actually monitoring what was going on, so I as the client was required to take the initiative to work around the problems on their end. This did not leave me with a warm & fuzzy feeling.
My suggestion - if you're trying to get verified, bypass the online system and just send the documents (Driver's License & Utility Bill) to kyc@ggpoker.com in an e-mail. Would have saved me three days had I done it that way in the first place.
