Hi Shyam,

Are there any plans to update the mobile app to enable users to play tournaments? It's pretty much the main reason I downloaded it but hadn't known it couldn't be used for tournaments, so just wondering if its in the works.

Yep, it's being worked on. Still at least a few months away, though.

i started playing online at fulltilt.. suddenly my pc has been broken(motherboard) then i heard about mobile Apps. in fulltilt but i cant play tournament in my mobile phone adroid.. i hope they can upgrade their mobile App.. goodluck guys..

No plans to bring that back at the moment, but we do have lots of freeroll plans for later this Summer.

Hi Shyam.

Just wondering why you can't get tourney results (a listing finishing positions and prizes won by each player) from Full Tilt? At pokerstars you can get that with a click of a button.

Even trying to get them sent from Full Tilt support is like pulling teeth.

Full Tilt did an update on June 10 2015 and I don't know what it was for but some bad things started to happen after the update.

My tables windows do not open when they were last opened.

The edge of the table window is constantly flashing even if it is not my turn to play.

And who knows what I will discover next.

Very bad update. Please don't do that stuff again. Very annoying.

Yup noticed this after the update last night as well and it really sucks, they keep opening in the middle of my screen at large size......I hope and am sure it will get corrected....sooner the better

after yesterdays update I am unable to get past the logon screen, it goes straight to a crash report window, re installed still the same.
have contacted support@fulltilt.com awaits

same thing happened to me yesterday, spent about 2 hours trying to get it to work..did the uninstall/reinstall too, never worked..

then i noticed that 'windows' wanted to update lots of stuff on my comp, so did that which lasted about an hour and tried full tilt again and it worked...could be the same problem for you too, check the windows icon on your comp and see if anything needs updating.

I'm also having severe issues with FTP which has stopped me even bothering now.

I recently got a new laptop and got my essentials downloaded however when I double click on the FTP icon on the desktop my laptop just completely freezes and doesn't unfreeze. I have tried it roughly 5 times with the issue recurring so I don't bother now. Any ideas what may be causing this issue?

Really? The generic sng satty's are all only super-turbo now, that's disappointing.

this solved my issues

In effort to fix problem on your PC and help us with our investigations, we would like you to complete following steps.

1. Click on 'Start' and find 'Computer'
2. Click on computer with right mouse button and select properties
3. Click on "Advanced system settings"
4. Click on "Environment Variables"
5. Click on 'New' button and add following information (also as per picture 03)

variable name: QT_OPENGL
value: angle
Please click OK and OK to confirm.
After that please retry Full Tilt software.
