they used to have mtt-sng's, 18/27 man however it seems they never got traffic to run so were eventually removed......I think the lack of traffic was probably due to more people grinding the rush on demand sng's.
They do have a 90man ko that runs during the daytime (ET timezone, I guess between 8 and 6ish.....never seem to get people in the evening hours for me), but they do get some traffic during the daytime on the weekends.
Not sure if they have plans to bring them back eventually, but i doubt they would get the required traffic anytime soon due to the rush on demands but perhaps someday they will be back.

I would love to play in those but I don't think I've ever seen one of them start. I've registered for quite a few but always ended up giving up a few hours later.

Yeah it's not very often, I think the only time I ever managed to get in one during the week was if I jumped in one at like 5:15pm et as soon as got home from work and even then it was iffy that would get enough.
I do see them run a bit on the weekends during the daytime, but would be nice if they got more traffic. Perhaps with the new buyin restructuring that is happening and these dropping to 2.5$ they could possibly get more action but will have to wait and see.

Before black Friday, I had a small roll on Full Tilt, maybe a couple hundred bucks. I'm told that most Americans have been paid back but I still have not and to my knowledge, I did not have a disputed account. Does anyone have an email address to someone at the Garden City Group that looks into these type of things.

Hi Shyam. I'm a U.S. player, and I really miss fulltilt. I've gone through the refunding process and received all my money from fulltilt last year. Since then, I've been eagerly awaiting the time when U.S. players can play cash games on the site again. I've read many different reports and rumors - some claiming U.S. players will be able to play for real money as early as later this year. However, I never find anything concrete. I notice there are a number of sites which offer reload bonus promo's (888 for example seems to have them all the time, either as a playthrough bonus or bonus tickets or access to a special freeroll etc) but rarily if ever hear anything like this on ftp (or stars....ok sometimes on stars for some things like recent sharkcage) and curious especially for ftp if it's something that has been considered to try and boost their traffic?
Just a thought as would love to see the traffic pick up lots on there, and of course who wouldn't love the opportunity of depositing to be able to grind a reload bonus.
Also loving the new tourny changes so far with the daily dollar and get rich or die tryin micro mtt's with a nice gtd.....I don't get to play them often with the time they run but am loving that they are there and bringing some traffic so kudo's on the efforts so far.

It would be great to re-build FTP to the super site it once was.I'm going to try and play all my poker on there from now on.It was once the only site I played on, it was at one time Stars v Tilt and you were either a fan of one or the other.
The more support we give them, chances are they will become once more a power house of poker.
I'm all for re-building FTP and hope the right SNGs and tournaments are offered to encourage us to take part.
All my Stars money is now on FTP in anticipation.
I hope all those players who are permitted to will give FTP their business and the USA population will be able to join in soon.

Hi tothbreki, it depends on what you are looking for. I enjoy both rooms myself, even back in the day when they were not owned by the same parent company.
If your looking for some smaller fields then ftp will have much more of this for mtt's, and if you would like to tread through huge fields where 1$ can win you 500x that amount if you bink then stars would be the place to go.
If you are looking to casually play some games here and there you could always mix the two, I tend to grind on stars but still really enjoy ftp and so I sometimes mix games from both sites or switch which site I play on from one night to the next.
Why not give them both a try and see which one suits you more but also since you can link your accounts on them and make it so easy to transfer money back and forth you will always have the option of playing both which is great.
