I am an Australian player who requested a $10k skrill cashout on the 14th of May 2013. I have received no proper updates on the progress of this withdrawal. On 2+2 they suggested coming here and asking for hekp, Dakota specifically.

People who are continously playing on lock because of the "dakota factor" are part of the problem. Whether you have this assistance or not you should not be playin on this website. I am one of the players that has been waiting for 6 months and its not fair that other players are getting there payments processed faster. What about everyone else that does not know about the issues with lock as i didnt? By playing on there you giving lock the message thats its ok to do this to other.

I joined lock over a year ago and when I joined there were no known cashout issues. I've been patiently waiting for my cashouts to come. With the whole Lock 2.0 and Pure Poker stuff I've been reading the message boards trying to take a pro-active approach to getting my money back. Since I found out they do not give cashouts on time or at all I certainly do not play there. I heard of dakota for the first time a few hours ago, just another avenue I'm trying to get my money.

Ive read all of the pages on this thread. There are at least 3 post where people are still playing saying there gonna run up there accounts to a certain point and pull out. I didnt say that you have anything to do with it. But since you have the contact in the inside why dont you encourage them to do the right thing and not give special treatment to players because there associated to a forum. There are plenty of player out there that do not have the knowledge to browse forums. Does that make them less of a priority to receive cashouts?

If you found members in this thread saying they are still playing then those members are well aware of the issues and if they want to play that is their choice and not my responsibility.
Of course I am going to try to assist members of this forum if I can - there is nothing wrong with that. Our members are our priority.
