I was actually disconnected/shutdown when you got KO'd on the bubble there labats... the only thing I was happy about with my disconnect was seeing that the bubble had popped but wasn't as happy once I saw it was you.
I received another reply from Titan support:

We do apologize for the inconvenience this matter has caused you.
Please do note that our Technical Specialists is already aware of the problem and a fix was already implemented.
However, since you are still experiencing the same problem, please send us the compressed files
Great! They finally seem to want to help me out, while admitting there's been a problem. What about the $'s I've lost in the meantime?
I've also expressed to them that while I'm playing I'm typically playing 8 or more tables & not only is it inconvenient to stop playing, go into TaskManager & start f'n around (for a puter illiterate type) but it also makes it so that I'm not confident at all playing on Titan (usually if I'm in a priv. tourney on Titan I'll load up a 3-5 more tourneys at the same time... but not anymore).
labats, have you tried uninstalling & re-installing the Titan software? I don't want unless last resort as I have alot of player notes & don't want to lose them.
&.. are you getting shutdown with a window popping up saying something like "shutting down playtech due to data execution prevention DEP"
** It was 9 times I was shutdown yesterday during that game. I took screenshots each & every time... so it seems to be getting worse
(I wonder how much business they stand to lose right now... with this 'implemented fix' they've made?)
